Can I roll the dough thinner?
Yes you can, not too tin. If rolled thinner you will get bigger Samosas. You can divide your dough into 12 pieces, this way you'll get the same size samosas with thinner Pastry. God bless 🙏

Very very nice. Much better than what I usually do. This video will be recorded in my best ones. 2 little things however: the chaat masala: I don't know where to find it, but it seems to contain the same spices than the spices that we already added one by one. Don't you think that we can skip it? The carob seeds. I don't know where I can find that. Maybe I can find carob seeds flour. Can I skip it?
