So with all that loss this songs comforts me. Victory, I am not surprised Jesus Christ got you out of that ordeal. All you have to do is see the definition of your name.   I started listening to hip hop about 88-the Golden era. I was about 10 in 88-89. White kid who fell in love with hip hop, especially groups like PE, NWA, EPMD, etc. It incredible to hear Hank Shocklees take on the different regions sounds at the time in hip hop when they were making Anerikkas most. Ironically I just saw a video on Cube coming to NY to look for Sam Sever, who produced 3rd Bass Cactus album to produce his first album but the story was that he couldn’t find Sam Sever so he called up Def Jam for Bomb Squad. It must’ve been destiny because AMW is an all time classic even the Death Certificate is my fav Cube album. Incredible story-thank god I grew up during this era
