  Well from what i saw the wood block stopped because it contacted the cable clamped at the end and all the bungee cord did was slow it down a little . Clamping bungee cord with cable clamps isn't the best idea either and to use just 1 . Sorry but you've got some flaws in this video.

  At 1:31 in the video, the saddle is being installed on the short side of the cable. It is supposed to be installed on the long side, with the ubolt on the short side or top in this case.
