  Not mentioned enough, I love Otto at 1:40 because he kind of is an odd one out. Everyone else just… went away. Changed beyond recognition. I love this lost look in his eyes of like, “What… Happened to everyone?” It’s fascinating. I love him being baited throughout the game as this red herring antagonist but it turns out he’s just as fucked up from the war as everyone else but goddamn it he’s the only one trying to find some normalcy in staying with the Psychonauts like the good old days. Locked in his lab, secure as a tomb, constantly inventing, providing essentially vending machines of psychic enhancements and healing items for all Psychonauts so he doesn’t lose anyone else. FUCK I love this game’s story.

  I love how even though they aren't a romantic couple, they do _everything_ together, even proposing to their girlfriends together and with the same speech. They're so inseparable that they even say "Will you marry US?" instead of "Will you marry me?" In a way it's like they're _literally_ sharing a brain cell, so they _need_ each other to function. In different circumstances I might think that's sad, but their friendship is so wonderful that I'm just really happy for them.
