Always hp best choise for officials. I5 la recent generations (upto 14th available) la choose panunka. Or i7 lower generations (but not under 10th gen) prefer panumka. CZ Of ur budget, i say this. Hp la i7 better choose bt related to your budget I5 or i7 u tc. All the best.

Might be an OS or Software based issue. Samsung defenetly knew this. They will fix it by providing updates. Keep updating the os when ever its available. Basically, i dont focus calls in tab, so I'll turn on flight mode always, and I will enable wifi. You try this may solve your issue for now.
