  Dit was een AHA ervaring voor mij. Dank je wel dat je de moeite heb gedaan en dit heb uitgezocht. Ik was me niet erg bewust van het verschil qua de uitspraak van zestig&zeventig - dus dit is eerder met een S dan met een Z. Ik heb net geaboneerd.

  I have a question. I see the word "naar" quite a lot. if you translate it into English it says "unpleasant" but I assume naar is a preposition such as : To, from OR for. I see other translations such as: in, along, after, sick, bleak etc. What would be the correct way to use naar and its most common use or meaning in informal dutch?. thank you, and thank you for taking the time to make these very useful videos.

  Hoi Koen, leuk dat je meer video’s hebt geüploadet! Ik vind deze horloge interessant maar ik zou in de war zijn als ik hem op mijn pols elke dag droeg. Deze video maakte me nostalgisch, want ik keek naar je andere video’s toen ik een beginner in het Nederlands was, en eerlijk gezegd heb ik je een beetje gemist.   i mean i respect dutch people and appreciate their seriousness and the high standards to which they live.. but i honestly reading the clock in dutch is soo dumb, almost as dumb as pronouncing 80 un French.. like why the hell would anyone say "it is ten to half a nine" for 7:20

  Interesting video. I can actually understand bits and pieces because of shared vocabulary with English, Swedish, and German. I finished the Swedish Skill Tree on Duolingo 2 weeks ago but learn German in the mornings and trying Norwegian in the evenings.
