@@Wojtinho he was just jumping in to free slots, he wasn’t fully professional at that time only semi professional but he got sold to a fully professional contract not so long after that. They also had Bo Henriksen as coach who is now the coach of Mainz in the Bundesliga.

On Windows, it goes to Documents ---> Sports Interactive ---> Football Manager 2024 ---> Editor Data. Not too much of a difference compared to - say - logo packs. Only works for the full version on PC. Not sure about the Mac OS.

Does this affect the Euros after 2024? Like if I keep going, will Euro 2028 have these same teams or will it be simulated as normal? Don’t want to get to 2028 and find out I have to start a new save.

Never gone further than the 2024 final in the sims. To make sure, I'd say just load in a very small database (literally the smallest possible, like just the Premier League), set yourself as unemployed and simulate to 2028 Euros (around late June).

I am not really into playing games anymore. Think this would make a good video. I don't consider the series to be fully finished - I just won't play the game. I think this episode was a great way to end the save anyway. Enjoyed recording it, but let's be honest: I wouldn't make this save at all if I wasn't making videos.

Nice exercise. It helped to establish that, once again, this illusion that England is a respectable or feared team on the international stage is a marketing creation of the games industry. Good luck to the England team; we know that with great luck, they will be eliminated in the quarter-finals, as always. Being Brazilian, I can guarantee that none of our fans will consider England an opponent for any World Cup, just like the French, Germans, Italians, Argentines etc.

According to these simulations, it looks to be a England and France final, however when we look at the group stages and knockout games, things get a little bit interesting as there is 6 possible options for both teams to get to the final out of the possible 9 options. For my fm24 save I picked Denmark, so I'm happy to see it on this list. I'm playing with the Amateur side Vejgaard BK, Its 2032 rn, I just played my first european matches (UECL against Basel, got killed). Denmark is great, the registration rules aren't that great, almost all of my youth players are from abroad however, the youth rating is alright but my clubs youth recruitment is awful, hopefully it'll get better. It's been a very fun (frustrating) save, the small size of the leagues make them all every competitive, and its been pretty difficult to stay in the top flight. (Spent 3 years in the 2nd flight before getting promoted, relegated, then promoted again and finishing 5th, my current season has been horrible but I'm hopeful it'll get better, and if I do get relegated again, I'm confident in bouncing back, it's been quite the fun league. Love FM so much, its too addicting.

Im in 2032/33 season with Lechia Gdansk from Poland so was amusing to see this video and that you're ranking Poland #1 :) It's been so much fun doing build a nation in Poland. The 3000 minutes of U22 players in a season is not a hard requirement, but even if you were to fail you'll only be fined ~£250k which by the point you don't have any domestic U22 players shouldn't be a problem to absorb. Highly recommended! For anyone interested in trying it, Lechia Gdansk starts in the 2nd tier, but has a fairly newly built 40k+ stadium and ok facilities so lots of room to grow. It's better to take a lower division side in build a nation so you have more big clubs available in the league that can start getting coefficient points in Europe as you unlock more slots.

Simulate to when the draw happens in the game, sometime Mid-April, you should see the real groups. Doesn’t matter what happened during qualifying in your save.

Start a new save, essentially. I think you're stuck in the point where you tick it, and it says "you chose a custom database". You need to progress into "Choose Game mode", choose one (preferably original) and move into setting up a game database (aka which leagues you want to load in). Only then you get a chance to pick a team.

Good video, a lot of work put in to it. I love how England in FM overachieves every single time, when IRL they have basically 0 chance of winning any tournament, mainly the WC and in FM they win every 9 out of 10 times.

Thanks! I think England has a team capable of winning World Cups and Euros. It's mainly down to the details (some call it penalties, which are proven by EURO 2021 final and Kane's pen in the quarters of the last WC). In my personal prediction, England is very likely to finish top 4 (as in the video). After getting to the quarters/semis, it will be a case of the form on the day and all the details you can think of.

Funny because I’ve done several saves where I’m permanently unemployed and just sim to see what happens. In those saves, England constantly makes semis and finals but always loses 😂 this includes a Euro final loss to Scotland, a World Cup final loss to Germany, among other things.
