  How do these officers possibly maintain their composure throughout this situation? If I was there, and the guy just gets up, and does a flip, I'd completely lose my sh*t. Like he back-flips at the officer to assert dominance, I can't even. Also the fact that instead of arresting him, they set him up with a job to try to get to the root of his problems, warms my crusty heart. We need officers like these in our community.
