    Don't give up on videos because views are down. This is the first notification I've received since my last comment (9 months?) Glad everything is good with you. As for video topics, do what brings you joy. Birth videos are a history for you and your family. Do the videos for them. Homeschool videos are also a history... this worked, this didn't. 5 kids from now you'll want to remember, how did I do grade one? And you'll have the video to reflect upon, so do them too. I come for the planner videos and watch the others if I have time, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do them. Sending lots of love 💖 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵. Take care of yourself and each other 😷

    16:21 consider writing your mood or your health/energy levels in the box where your left index finger is pointing. Just so you know that if you are unwell, that's why you weren't as productive that day. Could be one word per day. I know you probably journal about it, but this way you can keep track at a glance. Also, if you get behind in journaling, you have that one word to trigger your memory. 💖🌞🌵😷

    Oh hi! I know you uploaded this soooo long ago, but I found it when searching for ways to archive planner inserts & Im so glad I saw it!! An archive like this may be an even better option for me than to have inserts in pvc ring planner covers because here it seems like you’re getting such a nice overview! I’ve looked at Amazon a bit & I guess that the 4x6 one isn’t big enough for my inserts because I’m in an A6 & the inserts is 4.1 x 5.8 inches, so I might have to go with the 5x8 one then & that’s kind of huge 🙈 But it would be devastating to buy one in 4x6 & then the inserts doesn’t fit. Anyway, I’m going to do a bit more research, but I just wanted to thank you again for uploading this video & that it’s still here 4 years later ☺️ Do you have multiple of those file holders & how much inserts were you able to fit in there? 😊

Dividers and lined paper came with my box, but I’ll make my own dividers out of some grey’ish thin cardboard that came with an Ikea cabinet that I bought for my office/planner stuff.

    I had PUPPP rash at 35 weeks on my 3rd pregnancy with a baby boy. I was taking insulin for my gestational diabetes at the time. I think it had something to do with it. I got the rash after one week of insulin. The rash didn’t go away after pregnancy. It’s been two years now and I still get itchy and irritated skin. The only medicine that worked was Xycal. I still take it everyday. I am now 31 weeks pregnant and I am hoping it doesn’t come back. I take Xycal when I feel an itch and it goes away right away. I am having another boy at this 4th pregnancy and also have gestational diabetes. I refused to take insulin or any meds for it since I am managing it through diet alone. So I can’t have any of those fruit juices. I found an article about Mast Cell and I don’t know if it’s related but it’s similar symptoms. Since no one knows why PUPPP rash exist at this moment.

    Thank you for sharing! I started the regime today, so I hope it will work. Meanwhile, for all the suffering ladies at the moment like me, I found a spray Eucerin Atopicontrol Anti-itch which claims to reduce the itching up to 6hours. It is for atopic dermatitis and psoriasis but to me it is the best from all I have tried up to now. It gave me today a relieve for few hours without the crazy scratching.

    So I had the rash from hell with my first pregnancy almost 10 years ago...nothing helped and i finally begged my doctor to induce me early which ended in an emergency csection only to have the rash for 2 weeks postpartum. Subsequent pregnancies no rash until now being pregnant with my 5th and at 36 weeks i think it may be back😢. Starting some of these things asap to hopefully not be in complete misery the rest of pregnancy. Will update with results!

  • @GanchiPlans
    @GanchiPlans Жыл бұрын

    Please do update if you see results! I am so grateful for the videos on KZread that pointed me towards some of these remedies. My aunt had it 50 years ago and got very little help or relief. I don't think PUPPS gets studied much for the same reasons as anything to do with pregnancy, so the doctor's conventional wisdom is so lacking. But when you're dealing with the constant itching, you just want to be DOING anything you can think of to make it stop! Best of luck!

    Do you think this diet can help prevent PUPPPs? I had it at 32 weeks with my first (all over my body) and now I’m at 22 weeks with my second and have not gotten it yet. I do have small patches on my elbows (but I think that’s psoriasis since I used to get that before pregnancy). I’m terrified of getting it again and trying to be preventative as much as possible. Lemon water, celery juice, apples, dates and cherry juice helped me manage the first time so I’m starting on that regimen.

  • @GanchiPlans
    @GanchiPlans Жыл бұрын

    I'm glad to hear diet changes worked last time! They worked for me too, and relatively quickly, so after overcoming it once, I feel confident I'd be equipped to tackle it again if I had to, so I don't worry about it a lot. They say you're not supposed to be likely to get it again with subsequent pregnancies, so honestly I'd try not to worry, and I definitely wouldn't be spending the money some of these things cost if I didn't have to. I went through a third pregnancy since the one I talked about in this video, and never dealt with PUPPS again. If I ever felt any worrying itching, I'd just cut back on the sugar and processed foods for a day or two. I took it as a gentle personal reminder to take care of myself rather than anything to really be worried about. I hope that gives you some peace of mind. Congratulations on the healthy pregnancy! 💞
