My name is Andrew Godwin and I am the website manager for an independent RV dealer - Camper Kingdom in Meridian, MS and also have connections with Johnson Homes our independent Mobile home dealer. This family has been open for business since December of 1971 and continue to grow in many different aspects.
I've always enjoyed keeping myself and others up to date on the latest facts and exciting changes as they come out. All the changes and overall knowledge of all our RVs is what I will be focusing on in my videos.
What's the best RV is always the biggest question. Well, they are all the best for their own reason and it's more about finding the one that best fits your needs.
I will be investing a lot of time to create this channel and ask that you please enjoy a video or two because each camper is unique in its own way. Please leave any feedback so that I can also learn and grow based on what you'd like to see more of.

wait... it weighs almost 14,000lbs AND only riding on a combined 14,000lbs worth of axle? you couldnt put anything in there with overloading it, right?

A master without an ensuite (or at least nearby)? You have to go clear across the home if you've gotta go? You have to be mindful of your headspace twice while you're fumbling around half-asleep in a hurry so you don't make a mess? The full bath needs to be next to the master, while I would expect a half-bath as well for that many people. One one regard it is very nice. most things do its things well. As others mentioned, I'd expect the master fireplace under the TV stand. Every once in awhile you'll see something that looks good on paper... but that night you wake up from a dead sleep with a bio ememergency, you'll be cursing the floorplan. ie. passes the fuctional test... not fully for the practical.
inside is hideous. No bathtub. I'll pass.

The price IMO.. is exactly where I feel it should be. For luxury, at that price. In todays market. This is something I would consider buying without hesitation. As someone living in a mobile home looking to switch to van life or RV life.

what do people do if they already have their own bed they want to use?
A major dislike is that this isn’t 3 axles it makes no sense, also the fact that there isn’t 2 bathrooms at least just a small toilet and sink closest if you can fit and sleep so many people in a travel trailer.

If you are gunna have 3 bedrooms you have got to have another bathroom or at least ½ bath. You also need closet space for all of those extra people to put their clothes. I don't like this floor plan either. The Masterbedroom is very small no room to walk on one side of the bed. The MBEDROOM needs a walk in closet with lots of drawers too. If they are gunna put a fireplace in the MBEDROOM it needs to be in front of the bed not beside of it. It is entirely to close to the bed & could catch the bed on fire if it got to hot. The MBEDROOM needs a full bathroom beside of the Mbedroom. You can put a second bathroom on the other end of the RV near the other bedrooms. And put the w/d in the 2nd bathroom. I would want for my second bedroom to be on the other end of the RV w/ a queen bed in it. With a big closet & drawers too & a TV. And the 3rd loft bedroom above the second bedroom w/lots of storage for all of their clothes, etc. They need cubbies all the way across their headboard spaces too. They need outlets/USB Ports/Lights up there on both sides too. Maybe put the closet/drawers for those people's clothes in the loft 3rd bedroom up under those stairs. The loft should have enough space for a grown adult at least 6 feet tall to be able to sit up straight without their heads touching the ceiling. Just move that couch around. They need nightstands beside of the beds in the Mbedroom & the second bedroom alone with outlets/USB Ports/Lights above both sides of the beds. It's the little things that count. If someone was to sleep on the couch where would they put their clothes? No! I do not like that spiral staircase. I don't want nobody sleeping above the MBEDROOM. I mean that could sleep 7/8 people with 3 bedrooms & the sofa.
You’d have to spend $5,000+ to upgrade fabrics on curtains and mattresses. That wrinkled stuff in mattresses is pretty cheap and the plastic is terrible. Definitely needs to move any controls for tvs etc to over to the bed. And there are too many areas to be concerned about in ref. to safety like step downs, overheads, staircases etc. . It’s very narrow in some places. Wouldn’t be for me- just has a “cheap” feel to it.
It seems noisy. The Brinkley looked at before with just the better door construction and gaskets just went completely quiet from the hauler into the inside and vice versa.
Pretty decent. I think Toyhaulers can be remodeled to be just as good at full time living

The Gray is ugly
I like every thing, however, i don't care for the fireplace along side the bed. Like it better on the wall across from the foot of the bed. Great for year 'round living.

It does seem fairly entry level. I agree, the lack of shelves and outlets bedside are a miss. I wouldn't consider the loft space as a bedroom, great storage though! 🙂
