I did exactly what he did in his video for two - a and I get jipped every time. The best score I can get is 7949. I hit everything plus all of the skulls. Correction, after seeing someone else’s comment, it appears that timing was the issue and somehow or another despite the fact that I missed, at least one, if not two of the skulls, this time around, I was able to get S

This is such BS. This is not a riddle and not new gameplay at all. At most it's an Easter Egg. I can't believe I just wasted my afternoon playing, not wanting to "cheat" and search for the answer, trying to find an actual riddle, actual new gameplay. I do not believe any actual player found that exact sequence by playing the level. Either a developer leaked it or someone reverse-engineered code. But not by randomly standing in the right corner and so on residuals entering the date. That is not in the spirit of the original Playroom where you actually play through and if you miss something, go back and look under everything and you will find every piece. It's not even Myst/Riven-level problem solving. It's literally know how to reveal an Easter Egg. I really hope the Astro Bot game is nothing like this. The only reason millions are crying out for a full game is to continue to the love of the game play. I am now CANCELLING my Digital Deluxe pre-order and buying it on Amazon instead with 30 day change of mind returns. If it's good, I can still return it and buy the deluxe anyway but can't refund the deluxe. If it's really good, I might keep the physical copy since it includes a neat poster and it's 20% cheaper than the digital standard one. In the meantime, my kids are so disappointed that there is no new gameplay.

Can you explain the logic here? How did you think to go to the tree to input that date?
I believe the date is the release of Bloodborne and theres a tiny clock on the tree, as for figuring out that you have to hit the plant, idk
It's the date of the release of the Bloodborne DLC The Old Hunters. The bot you release is Lady Maria who's a DLC boss

I don’t think starting a new game will fix this. There are a lot of people that have problems with this but I don’t have a solution for this yet. I will let you know If I find something. Maybe try beating the „1994 Throwback“ level again?
Someone also said that he had to reinstall the game in order to get this update. So try reinstalling the game and redoing the „1994 Throwback“ level. Let me know If that worked.

I realized that kids started a new file and hadn't defeated the last boss haha thanks for the attention. It worked!
@@yigitprooyunda5385 Try to reinstall the game. If that doesn’t work then try to replay the „1994 Throwback“ level. Those are two solutions that helped other people.

For new Astro's Playroom players, you might need to beat the "1994 Throwback" level first in order to solve the riddle. Also, it seems like the next riddles will be available in the upcoming days or even weeks. Some people speculate that the release schedule could be as follows: The 1st riddle (Bloodborne) 90 days before the release of Astro Bot The 2nd riddle 60 days before release of Astro Bot The 3rd riddle 30 days before release of Astro Bot The 4th riddle on release day of Astro Bot, with the fitting trophy description: "Rescued all four Special Bots. Time to go off to a new adventure!"

It's the release date of Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC.
The character you rescue here is Lady Maria, who debuted in The Old Hunters DLC, with her boss fight taking place in a clocktower. So basically something only Bloodborne fans could've solved. The other 3 are probably going to be similarly esoteric.

No, that one is fine. Once you arrive in Golem Town, choose your sword and punch the yellow wall (the one that leads to the boss fight). It's important that you use the sword and not any of the other weapons, as they will break the wall. You can also use your gauntlets to break the other walls on the left side to make a shortcut, depending on which collectibles you need.
The in-game collectible trackers are wrong in the current game build. This video includes all the collectibles with the correct numbers in chronological order. Normally, you should be able to replay the chapters at the end, but I wouldn’t risk it as "The Lyceum" chapter, for example, is currently bugged when trying to replay. So, try to get all collectibles right away.

Must be a different build on PS5. I’m on Xbox and it’s 6 shards on Outside the Monolith, instead of 5. And I only found 4 lol Edit: it’s a bug. The 2nd shard on that level increases the max shards from 5 to 6, at least on Xbox. I’ve already addressed that with the DEV.
The in-game collectible trackers are wrong on some maps and the Devs are aware of this.

You will unlock the Wardbreaker Augment spell automatically during the story (Mission: Collateral) and then you can just destroy them by simply melee the blue wall. Is it that what you mean?
