  Franz-Albrecht ist nicht der klassische Jäger. F-A. ist privilegiert , was ich ihm NICHT neide. Nur zum Verständnis : Meine Jägerische Laufbahn begann in der Mitte der 70-er Jahre in Franken. Damals wurden noch Rebhuhnstrecken bei uns in guten Revieren rund um Bamberg mit mehr als 1000 Hühner pro Jahr erlegt- für den Kochtopf ! Nicht um Strecke zu machen . Ich lasse mal Hasen, Kaninchen und Fasanen außen vor. Das waren Niederwildreviere. Heute kennen und haben viele Jäger - nicht nur junge - noch nie eine Hasenstreife etc. erlebt. Aber schon 20,30, oder mehr Sauen geschossen. Ich sage nicht erlegt. Klar. Bei Schnee wurde damals im Winter gekreist. Wenn dann von 5 eingewechselten Sauen 2 zur Strecke kamen, war der Erfolg schon groß. Ein Forstamt im Steigerwald erhielt von den Bamberger Jägern 1000,00 DM zum Ankauf von Mais um die wenigen restlich 10 Sauen im Wald zu halten, damit sie nicht wegen Wildschaden in der Feldflur erlegt werden und damit dieses herrliche Wild in der fränkischen Wildbahn des Steigerwaldes fehlt . Bei uns in den Baunacher Haßbergen waren die Sauen noch Standwild - auf niedrigem Niveau. Zurück zum Kommentar. F-A. ist ein herrvorragender Schütze. So etwas kann man trainieren, bei entsprechender Begabung und Mittel. Aber das stellt ihn auf eine Ebene mit den " Englischen Sportsmen " des 19 - Jahrhunderts. Und die Jagd wurde bei uns nie als Sport betrachtet. Daß er dabei durch sehr gut platzierte Treffer dem Wild, das er beschießt Leiden erspart ist das , was zu würdigen wäre. Aber Jagd , Jagd ist das NICHT ! Sine studio et irae Trotzdem als Jäger : Waidmannsheil !

  NEVER RUN with a loaded weapon!!!! That's a bit stupid sir. Have confidence in your dog. Hunting is not about shooting as MUCH AS POSSIBLE...totally crazy what you are doing!

  Nice easy hunting area for you Franz, nice and flat and cover for you. But sad to see you shooting with a back drop of a road behind the deer! In my book, the shot had too many risks. With the road there, there could have been also people walking too. This would be a strong No No in the part of the world I live in.

  Shooting a 1 inch 2 shot group, with a 2MOA dot reticule, as I have learned Mr Franz uses in other segments, is more than just the accuracy of the equipment my good man.

  Echt super Filme, aber es wäre sicherlich nicht schlecht wenn die deutschen jagdteilnehmer ihre Kommentare des jagdgeschehens in deutsch verfassen würden für die Teilnehmer die sich diese Filme auch anschauen zur besseren Verständnis.
