Hi I think you are right on and yes you can be a fan but you should have some sanity too much fans go to a point where they can't see what is right in front of them only what is is their mind I know I was in the Paul Stanley fan club and I got made fun of cause I posted stuff about Conway Twitty Rock and roll and they go telling me that he wasn't rock but I say that not only was he rock for 10 years almost but he was there in rock 1956 at Sun studios and rock and rolling creating rock and building the foundations but a lot of kiss fans say oh no it don't matter but I say non sense if a road was not built then there be no road for others to travel on and Conway Twitty deserves to be in the rock and roll hall of fame and so many others and if alot think it has no relevance what so ever to kiss and all others the beatles and all that followed a rock career dream I say it's time that they wake up and see reality
The bass part of Rock and Roll All Nite on this album is also different. The song Shout It Out Loud isn't faded out at the end.
Story has it that Eric Singer called Peter Chris about re-recording his song and received Peter's blessing.

I believe Rocket Ride was only Peter and Ace doing all of the tracks. Ace performed all guitars and bass on the track.

I found this album, is excellent condition, in a Goodwill store this past weekend. In prepping for my video showing it, I did a quick search of the band looking for a good photo, and among the results was this video you did reviewing the same album. Very cool.

U want to see something that proves its lip syncing and the same track being played. Check out the clip someone made of them playin Detroit Rock City what was supppse to be live on Stern, then live concert clips showing the xact same thing when Paul says 12oclock i rock rock rock

Yep.. major hit for them... and that's Robin in the middle with the most unique voice.. although they all could hit any of those notes on any day of the week... and Maurice (left-check him out on the call-backs at the end) is probably the least appreciated ... no harmonies like with family...

As a lifelong, all-era Kiss fan (favorite band of all time), I’ve never had a friend who was a big fan like me. Fun conversations like this are such a pleasure to hear- thank you guys for doing this. I didn't get my list submitted but I took the time to make my list before hitting play. I really like both albums but I surprised myself with only 3 from Carnival making my list. If it wasn't head to head and just pick your favorite 12 songs then Carnival would have had 3 maybe 4 more on my list. So we have 5 people on the screen and everybody likes both albums. That's cool. I love them too. Positiv: Great panel with great Kiss youtubers. Negativ: Wrong tie- breaker against Seduction.....haha. Aaand Rick is right. The reunion should from a musical standpoint never have happened. I remember like it was yesterday the minutes after the reunion show in Donington. We were happy to catch this one off Kiss in makeup show. We could not wait to see Kiss go on with the Revenge lineup after that. How naive.
I agree. Sooooo many times I sit and daydream and think about the what if of once KISS was done with the farewell they would have taken the makeup back off, brought Bruce back in the band and made some awesome 2000s rock music.
Pinning these songs up against each other and picking one, was a lot harder than I thought! But it was also A LOT of fun, thanks for having me! 90's KISS had some really heavy, intricate, and memorable music; I think that's what this video proves... that and the fact that we are all crazy KISS fans lol

I’m one of the Seduction voters, so here’s my explanation: 1. I would never drive around with the windows down playing Every Time I Look at You. 2. Bruce is way more prominent on Seduction, only playing acoustic in Every Time with Dick Wagner playing the solo. 3. I’d rather listen to Just A Boy than Every Time. 4. At the end when Paul slows down the “Every time I look at you” and repeating “You’re every thing to me” three times is too sappy for my metal ears. 5. I choose wailing Bruce guitar over violins.

Perfect. But I ask you this. Does the sound of Seduction make you visualize Gene on the back of a camel on a journey across the desert? I don’t know why but it has always made me visualize that.
@@InMyHead funny you get that visual. I didn’t connect it with anything until 2006 when Jack Black played a Mexican priest in Nacho Libre. Can’t get it out of my head ever since! This low rank song also makes me think of Murder in High Heels. Another Gene song of similar caliber. Which is better? I vote Murder in High Heels.

I proudly voted for Seduction over Everytime. I’ve always disliked that song. Maybe it is the combination of the strings and acoustic guitar with the melody. It feels out of place on Revenge. Though I love Paul’s other 80s-90s ballads. Seduction is one of my favorite songs on COS. I like the Middle-Eastern vibe plus it sounds like something that could have been recorded in the Wicked Lester - debut album era.
Awesome. I love hearing peoples reasons and opinions. Yeah. I have said before and I didn’t say it in the video but revenge feels like Gene and Paul were working on two different albums. Not quite on the same page.

To further Rob’s comment at 1:49:00 , the “Pod Of Thunder” guys did an episode on the track in question (back In their KISScentric era) where they recorded an original song based on what they hoped it would sound like. Great to see the panel reassembled! Cheers Brant 🤘

For Everytime I Look at You and Seduction of the Innocent, it was painful for me to pick because I hate both these songs. It was the lesser of two evils, but even then I couldn't choose so I coin tossed it and Seduction of the Innocent won the coin toss. Again, I can't stand either of these songs.

Ah, overall SATD is a better more cohesive record, but HTH has some great songs though. HTH production sucks, but Kiss came out with better albums later while it don't feel MC could do anything better after SATD.

This place is a demonic playground I met Helen through dowsing rods I met a child too and I met someone else that people have also met but no one knows who he is or where he came from. Helen was sweet she was just adamant that we don’t go to the mansion as there are spirit guards there that will hurt you but she said she would never stop anybody from going she just gives the warning the little kid followed me home to my families vacation house in Maggie valley nc and is still there according to other family members my great aunt saw this little girl sitting on the sofa I was watched by this little girl and my moms cousin had lights flicker one night the man is demonic he attacked my friend and scratched her face up after we refused to leave there are other shadows that surround you they charge you and you hear the footsteps but they never make it to you you also see them running around the tree lines and bushes. You said you felt like someone walking up behind you…. My friend you are not wrong somebody did walk up behind you bring dowsing rods and an am/fm radio and play the static they will talk to you through the static and they will move your rods and have a conversation with you. Everybody I met on the bridge is cool except that one guy that everybody has noticed but don’t know who he is or how he got there but he’s dangerous he. We were pushed so don’t stand on the edge of the bridge if you go on top you could be pushed off to your death. Also when we say under the bridge in my truck vehicles would come up to make us drive away then the vehicle would disappear too much happens at that bridge I might never go back again
