What you said about the petrol is so right. Rotts alloy. Hardens rubber and plastics. And no shelf life. And questionable environment savings

Greetings from Bonny Scotland. (Gods occasional holiday destination!). This my man, is the dogs nob, its so good ta see Yankees enjoying tha finer things in life. British parallel twins from tha 50s, 60s an 70s, its about time you turned your attention away from tha circus of high bars an slow wet fart, upright riding. Here in "Good old Blightly" we still appreciate this sort of gear. At least its very green ta ride one, secure in the knowledge it won't end up in tha sea, then in ya brain. Cheerio for now Chris.

That Honda Superhawk is the exact bike I had in 1962, just out of school! Except that mine had blue paint not black! In Britain they were not marketed at the Hawk or Superhawk but simply as the Honda CB77, so I never heard the Superhawk name until much later and in fact on KZread. Great bike which managed to stay with many 650s of the time such as BSA's, Triumphs etc.

Nice vid - enjoyed all the scenery and riding shots. Would have loved to see some tags of the places you went to, and wonder if any of you have a GPS route for some of the roads and jeep trails you traveled on? Narration on some of the places, things to look for and/or look out for on the route. How was gas availability - I saw a few Rotopax attached to a couple of the bikes. How far was your longest stretch between gasoline? I have a 2.7G tank on my bike, wondering how much extra I'd need to make the distance! Glad you had what appears to be an awesome time!
