Yes you do. You only need to change the number online not their real phone number that they can keep. The number needs to be in ghl to handle mctb and workflow automations. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.

Yes it can. If you try to text a number and its a landline then it will be classified as a non textable number. You can then have another workflow trigger regarding non textable numbers to send them an email or create a task for your team to manually call the person to get mobile number. Thanks for watching.

Hi Ray. Thanks for your contributions. I have benefitted from several of your tutorial and I am very grateful. This video helped me understand the LC phone and resolve some pain points. It seems like the best way to allow my client to use their existing business number for in and out bound calls and texts is the have their number ported with Twillio. I am concerned about them leaving their carrier (Verizon). What are the consequences that I need to consider? Thanks so much :)

Great video man! Question: If you’re selling a website to your clients and you want to charge them on a monthly basis, what GHL plan do you recommend? Unlimited or Pro plan?
Great question but the answer is it depends. How are you setting up your plans to charge people? If you are on the starter or unlimited plan you will have to bill your clients monthly and you can use the invoice feature of ghl to do that. If you are agency pro then you can use the saas configurator to automatically charge them. You have to build your service plan first. Thank you for watching.

I am sorry but I do not understand what you mean. You can always reach out to ghl support.
@@HLGuy in the forms/surveys you have the name, address, city, etc there is a code that you can get and a Google api key to use so that on the form when someone goes to fill out their information like the address when they start typing Google places will auto populate so they can click on the correct address so it always correct, GHL said that can’t help with codes

On the $497 plan... If the client calls and says their card was hacked yesterday and a new card is coming soon, and you trust the client, can we resume their access until they get the new card? Sure they are 1. You can't isolate a particular chat widget in a workflow trigger. 2. When you delete the default chat wifdget how is the new default widget configured and does it matter. 3. Currently when using website chat widget in trigger it fires on all widgets of that type. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

That is a great question. The answer is to create a different workflow for each funnel you have. Have the trigger based upon a filter of your product sold and which funnel it was sold in. Thank you for watching.

I have 48 google reviews, but my review widget says 1 Google review.. do you know how to fix this?
My first thought is no. When you integrate your Google Business Profile it should have access to all your reviews. I would suggest looking at your widget and if you have say a minimum of 5 star rating then it will only show those reviews. Thats all I can think of. You might want to create a new RM widget to see if it displays the same. Thanks for watching.
@@HLGuy Shoot, yeah I don't have reviews filtered at all. I even built a new widget and it did update, but still saying I only have 24 reviews, so it's still incorrect. I also set it to 50 maximum reviews like you suggested so it should show all 48 that I have. It's very odd!
@@Empowered_PhysicalTherapy The only other thing I can think of is if you haver the checkbox selected to exclude reviews with no description. Sometimes people just leave star review but no comments. Other than that I am sorry you would have to contact support. I wish you the best.

@@awojulusamuel6971 lots of variables in that situation. When you say it is connected we have to assume it is connected correctly. One thing you can do (a belt and suspenders approach since what you already did should work), is forward your Google emails to a shadow email address in your Dedicated Sending Domain.
