Silly question about tantrums 🙂how does one stop throwing tantrums then 😂it’s just sometimes I’m so overwhelmed with so much negativity in my brain and by others around me and my inner child just idk I start like loosing it I’ve tried to regulate myself by taking deep breathes and talking compassionately but sometimes I get Introuvle for acting that way instead of being asked what’s wrong 🤷♀️So if I try to be nice to myself and my fam hears me usually I’m made fun of so idk what to do 🧍♀️🫶🫶🫶thanks for your video

It's totally okay to have a tantrum once in a while, we are allowed to be human! I totally get that, when your feelings aren't acknowledged you don't feel heard and that can be difficult to deal with.
