  Didn't work, now laptop will turn on but black screen with dell logo, f2 setup and f12 boot option in bottom right corner. But if I press f2 or f12 nothing happens. Won't start won't do anything now. Please help.

  This is not a fix, you are just disabling the warning. The CPU will still clock to it's slowest speed and barely be usable.

  @@Sakura36343 there are 3 contacts in the charger barrel tip. Positive, negative and a sensor pin. That sensor pin (center) is short so most often positive and negative are making contact but not the sensor pin to determine the chargers wattage. The most common reason you get that message is the charger isn't plugged in all the way

  @@danteuriel1279 The warning should show each time you power your PC on unless the issue is resolved or unless you have disabled the warning in UEFI settings. Check the performance tab in task manager to see what your base clock is. If it doesn't match the base clock of your CPU (google it) then you have a problem.
