Good concept on what balance is and the signs of inbalance..however he really misses the point on how to develop balance. He know what is needed but no idea on how to get it.

Great video! I’m currently taking riding school lessons and have tried implementing these quiet leg aids but they’re not responding very well, do you have any tips or is it just a case of needing more leg strength?

The coat the rider wears with the lines is fantastic for seeing how posture is lining up --- is that something you made or can you purchase that kind of thing somewhere? I have begun crafting my own for my acrobatic dance work, which requires a lot of looking at how our posture + arms + legs are working.

Thank you for this video. I have a 5 year old I teach. she started riding at 4. She the youngest student I've ever had so Im doing 15min walk/ trot lessons. She is very serious about learning to ride. happy I came across this video, as I was unsure about what a 5yr old can handle. I use a Morgan horse and unfortunately the only lesson horse, she shakes with the kid on her.

I am understanding that a lot of these teachings are very connected to Isometrics. Just wondering about making the knee as a fixed point.. it could be misinterpreted as "holding or pinching the knee ?

How can I see the whole lesson? Where can I pay for it and watch? I have seen the course offer of 10 lessons that is not available at the moment. I would love to pay and instantly watch some of the lessons, is that possible?
