The pure motion of the Master must inspire us for any 'martial' practice such as Aikido, Iai, etc. Chinese Arts are THE origin.

Very impressive and admirable, Master Zhong deserves my most respect. I am the founder of Esoteric Meditation ChiKong, spiritual training. As a master, I could still benefit a great deal from Master Zhong's expertise. Thank you Master Zhong.

@@Wudang-InnerQi thank you very much for your answer I guess the same system is mandatory for all the serie ? Inhale when spine extension/chest opening, and exhale when spine flexion/ chest contract , right ? Have a nice day

@@victorlutece543 sorry Victor: no, it isn't. Even the above written is not correct, it is a short explanation. In fact, every exercise also has a phase in which you hold your breath after inhaling. But this is too complicated to explain here.

I love the modifications on Whirlwind Sword that maje it more simplified yet effective This is one of my favorite demonstrations I've seen Every master has little subtle changes to the form, some make it more difficult, some make it easier When I practice this form I try to make it personal to me so I've added in some moves from Shaolin Breezing sword which is a very fancy form But I also try to make my forms applicable to a actual sword fight I have trained in Wudang for 14 years because I am a expert in Hand to Hand combat and military fighting systems I got sick of training to kill Now I train in tai chi to create art I can create Tai Chi instead of doing a form bow by mixing in Senfeng, Yang and Chen styles to create My teacher taught me to forget the forms , forget everything and just create the Tai Chi He told me that this is the true essence of Tai Chi and that the forms are just to give us moves to create with
