Se moram na žalost kar strinjat, da je bilo včasih bolje. Brez vstopnine, več štantov po celem mestu in tudi več ljudi je bilo.
Hahaha, odlična glasbena mešanica poneumljanja in norčevanja iz dobre glasbe, ki jo je bilo tam malo! Najboljša je tista, ko začne Helena peti lepo pesem "Zasnubi me", pijana glasbeno neizobražena drhal pa začne vpiti...daj živo! To meni vpijejo, ka zaigram kakšne 3 lepe balade, jaz pač nimam te možnosti, da pride k meni misica Živa! Bravo, Helena, dobro si zjebala glasbene primitivce (oprosti za primitiven izraz)!
Ljudje so se zabavali in to je namen te veselice.

How is Puerto Plata in comparison to other places in the Dominican Republic? Especially for older retired people, either visiting or living permanently in Puerto Plata? How is the housing and how is the healthcare?
I personally like Puerto plata very much, so I have been living here for quite a few years. It is not too big, not too small and here you can find everything for a quality stay. It is not a typical tourist town, more port and industrial, but still has quite a few hotels on the outskirts, tourist attractions and a cruise ship port. It has good transport links with other cities. For the older generation, I think it is very suitable for living, because with a long maleconomy along the coast, it is perfect for long pleasant walks. Regarding health services, additional health insurance is essential if you want to use better quality health services in better clinics free of charge or at affordable reasonable surcharges.

The arrivals of cruise ships mainly have positive consequences for Puerto Plato and its inhabitants. As a result, many squares, streets and houses have been renovated, there are more newly opened bars, restaurants and shops, and more people have a job because of this, such as taxi drivers, tour guides,... Security is also at a higher level due to the increased police presence. Sosua is a fairly different city than Puerto plate. It is smaller with a beautiful beach completely touristy place. It is also known for it's varied nightlife with everything that fits with it. Many foreigners live here, many foreign tourists visit Sosua, so for people who adore the vibrant city, it is paradise here, even for the olderl population.

🧖 ♂️ If you're staying in Dominican through smaller hotels or rooms, you'll probably come across a "Dominican 🇩🇴 shower" 🚿🚽🪣 sooner or later. When you see a bucket in the shower, fill it with water so that later you can wash, take a shower, wash the toilet,.. This happens in places where they lower water only for a while, after which it is closed. At all incl resorts, you probably won't experience 😁 this
