Rick Glassman

Rick Glassman

Hi, I'm Rick Glassman. I'm a goofy guy and a cute boy. As a kid I had debilitating OCD. As an adult, I still have a lot of “things.” The title of my podcast “Take Your Shoes Off” is a microcosm of my need for control and order in a world that... keeps their shoes on. I'm also a comedian, writer, and actor. My weekly podcast ranges between interviews & casual conversations with other comedians, actors, directors, musicians, collectors and anyone else I find interesting. I also have my family on often. Sometimes it's educational (nerding out about comedy, writing, directing, basketball, comics & Magic the Gathering); sometimes it's quite serious talking about OCD, therapy, and personal obstacles. Often it's VERY silly. Whatever you're into, we probably cover it... with a hint of awkwardness. Come on in and enjoy -- but please make sure to TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF.

they’re the best at complaining, and in turn, make places they go to better. they are forced to change via complaints.

Magic has been such a huge part of my life for reason's similar to Prof, it's how I learned alot of my social skills and made friends even into my adulthood. Whenever life's chaos is tossing you around, Magic is truly a game you can escape to and have control (even when you don't) Rick I've grown to love your podcasts because you are funny, creative, and deep with your emotions, and Brian is a beautiful human being and what I consider the Godfather of Magic. Can't believe this video has been out for 3 years and I'm just now finding it. Great stuff!

Hey Glassman! Step aside , Paul is more important than you in this moment Not silly at all Paul! Beautiful! You have an impressive list of casting credits, You were my favorite Charscter in Cobra Kai, In Bupkis, and in everything I've see you in, you crush the roll. You not only deserve the gigs you want, I am positivite you will and at this point already have crushed this roll (I intend to see it) Embarrassment in Inside Out 2 is a perfect role for you sir and as a fan I am so insanely proud of you. 🎉🎉🎉

That was a really funny joke in the movie “The Ringer” Autistic man claims to be a movie critic and says “name any movie” guy names a movie or two and the autistic man says “great movie”

Now, the only way to top this is also inviting Harry Mack and do an episode with him and the Professor. the amount of skillsharing and mindboggling wordplay would sure be awesome to see, and probably pretty wild and wacky, and i think thats why were all on this channel xD

This is an awesome video. you created something very special. the way you connect with your guests is incredibly special, and i think no one would and could do it like you. sometimes i think you just said the most outrageous shit, but it still flows with the conversation and actually gets it to its destination. truly fascinating, being neurodivergent myself, i think i can learn a lot from you.
