Hi Karl, I’m your biggest fan from India. Every week I have been waiting with a lot of curiosity that which information you will bring and explain. I really appreciate your effort. I’m waiting since last year October for invitation for TOOLMAKER(323412) occupation from SA but didn’t receive any response yet. But recently they have opened occupation list and TOOLMAKER(323412) occupation is listed but for offshore they have not mentioned any visa subclass (N/A). They are just saying “This occupation is not open to offshore candidates”. I know that SA focuses on dedicated single EOIs but at this stage I have raised one more EOI for VIC state along with ROI. My plan is to once SA update visa subclasses to my occupation then I will withdraw my VIC EOI and ROI. What’s your thoughts on this? Please advise. Also SA not mentioned any subclasses for other SA graduates, Skilled Employment and outer regional skilled employment as well. My another question is, why and what’s the reason behind not adding any visa subclasses to my occupation? Could you please help me to explain. And what are my chances with 80points for491 visa, competent and more than 8 years of experience. I would really appreciate your help! Thanks, Vinayak

Excellent video!! All info is straight to the point. Quick question 1: For a 186 visa, my experience can be in a closely related occupation (e.g., Civil Engineer (skilled assessed) working as a structural engineer, and I will prove my experience as a structural). Quick question 2: Should I try 186 direct entry or 190 ROI (SA), and I pray to be invited. Your thoughts...

Meanwhile the processing times for this visa seem to be only a few days. I would like to learn about why nobody is recommending it. And also about the requirements, expected changes to it etc. thank you in advance! x

But if the graduate stream your occupation requires diploma you can apply right? In the SA IMMIGRATION WEBSITE says 46 weeks CRICOS minimum and according to your occupation. So I don't need a bachelor in SA to be eligible.

Dear Sir, I kindly request that you create a video addressing the delays in the processing of the 191 visa. I am currently on a 494 visa and have already submitted my application for the 191 visa. I resigned from my job due to employer exploitation and the associated stress. Unfortunately, I am now facing difficulties in finding a new sponsor, as my application for the 191 visa discourages potential employers from investing in my sponsorship. I have only four months remaining to secure employment; otherwise, my family and I will have to leave Australia. My daughter is currently studying here, and this situation could adversely affect my 191 visa application. It is disheartening to have lived in Australia for over six years and find myself in such a predicament. I believe it is unjust that I am unable to secure employment. I have already spent three years in a regional area, contributing to the tax system, yet I continue to experience significant stress. I have contacted the department numerous times regarding these issues, but the only response I receive is to wait and hope for a grant within six months. The increasing processing times are causing considerable anxiety for my family and me. I urge you to bring attention to this matter.
