I`m Alex Grankin, guitarmaster and this the channel of my workshop.
Here I will share with you the process of making electric guitars from scratch, repairment, painting and all other kinds of works I do in my own workshop with different musical instruments.

dude your a badass painter
Next time, try gold flake with a red candy on top. That's how Fender does it.
Holy scalloped frets batman!
One job, one gig, it's amazing!
Do you mix your background music as loud as possible? It's insanely loud. I can set my device volume to one notch above silence, and it's almost loss free, in terms of apparent volume. It's not to knock you, but depending on the music, it can be very distracting. Turning the volume completely down just has me hearing my tinnitus. Consider the viewer.
This is absolutely impressive man. Thank you for sharing the process.
Such a great payoff at the end. Not.
What band is it from ca 5:00
Awesome!!!
To the haters Unless you buy from a small independent luthier who pretty much carves everything, this is how your Fender, Gibson, Epiphone, Squire, blah blah is made. Anyone who thinks their $1000 Fender is hand crafted by the grand wizard of China, is fooling themselves. Another thing, never buy a vintage guitar, the chances are its a fake. The vast and I mean 98% of vintage guitars on sale, are fakes, some good some bad some indistinguishable from the real thing, they are that good. To be fair, the title is a little misleading but hey, who cares.
Great job. And great shots. Thanks for sharing your work.
Hi, Did you mix sparkles in the clear coat?
nice work!
Man, before the polishing do you do something else? Or just sand the body?
Did you relic the hardware as well, or bought it as is? Could you tell us where to find that solderless conector for the pickups? Beautiful bass, BTW! Thanks for sharing.
Is it possible to have same sparkle effect painting Nitro? Lovely guitar👏👏
It is, but you have to use a crazy amount of clear to burry it.
With 2k, you usually need two applications-spray, wait 48 hours, prep with 600, spray 3 more coats of 2k. Sometimes up to 3 applications of 2k. But if it's nitro, you may need to apply as many as 9-12 applications (27-36 coats). It can be done, but it will take you quite a while to burry all that flake. Also, the bigger the flake, greater than 0.008, the more clear that will need to be used to burry.
Thanks ❤@@andysaucedo3226
Looks really lush
Incredible work. What kind of finish were you working with here - nitro, polyurethane, polyester, or something else?
WoW😮 it's cool
Хуйня, всё в ручную делается!
How do i find like a template or something for an Ibanez rg550ltd? I cant find anything but a listing on one for like 500 bucks which i dont have enough for. If someone knows a link to a site or something
Дело мастера боится
What do you use as inlays on the fretboard size? Do you put like transparent dots? Thanks
beautiful guitar. does it sound so out-of-tune because of the scalloping?
Beautiful, Do you sell painted bodies, or just complete guitars,?
That will be a Russians guitar soon lol
Nice job & great video. Subscribed.
Hope you shielded the inside cavity and the pickguard itself. 😅
Wow the only time ive watched a guitar nect being made
Дорого?
A guitar tuner? Maybe?😢
Мне страшно представить какая там зернистость на шкурке...
Ural?
Yeah!!!!!!!!!
Amazing work! A question: do you think that the truss rod could push in the middle of the fretboard and cause some damages to the circuit? Thanks!
Scalloped fretboard guitars have a certain airy sound which works great for leads and OD but not so much for cleans. It's something you have to try for yourself. I built one and had an YJM and sold both, saying that, big frets are a good idea tho, I like them on 7'25 radius fretboards
Зачем обводить трафарет, если потом ЧПУ будет вырезать?
The two E strings both looked very close to the edges of the frets? Did you make the neck/frets narrower or was that just a camera angle thing?
Could I ask you the flakes size? 🙏
Just use a bigger screw😂😂🤘🎸
Is that a travel guitar? 😅
😂😂😂
That's hurts me
That's not an acoustic.
correct me if I'm wrong.....but I don't think thats supposed to happen
I'm 60% sure you're correct
