Each video is allotted a number in its description. You can start from Video 1 upto Video 29 (till now). From video 1 to 20 are preliminary videos for preparating the minds for accepting Sadra's philosophy. From video 20 to 29 is pure philosophy and may be learned in this order. I would recommend to take notes of important terms such as Illat-e-istaedadi, imkan-e-zati etc. The total length of these 29 videos is not very much i.e. merely around six hours.
Thanks for clarifying this significant concept , so we should say that the eye , rose and reflected light waves from rose to the eye and the brain act here as preparatory causes for the immaterial image formed within us . Does our soul play any role here

Yes! Since every image of sensory knowledge is actualized by the metaphysical world of God and Angels and since our soul also belongs to this world, it may be maintained that the soul has some role too in this actualization..

Thanks for enlightening us , I think this has something to do with primacy of being not primacy of essence . So whatever is displayed on our senses are all essences not existence which remains hidden but it is real . But we mistakenly consider the essences of things to be real which is a delusion . May Allh show us things as they are not as they appear to be to our senses

Thanks for sharing this vedio, my question is when we look at the red rose for example so an image of red rose is formed within our mind or soul ,is this image inside our mind similar or greater in intensity to the red rose which lies out side our senses?

When you ask about the intensity, you should be clear about "intensity of what". As far as the epistemic intensity is concerned, the rose image in our mind is more intense than the rose lying outside because the image is knowable itself while the outside rose itself is not knowable. But if you are asking about the intensity of becoming preparatory cause (illat-e-isteadadi) for different outside effects, the outside rose is more intense than the image. Anyway very good question!

Different kinds of knowledge are different in their abstraction from matter. The most abstracted knowledge is the intellectual one. The sesnory knowledge and its images are the least abstracted from matter. Since, man starts his journey back towards God from the matter, the first kind of knowledge he gets is the sensory knowledge which is least abstracted from matter. As a result, his soul is also least abstracted from matter in the start. As his soul gets intellectual knowledge, it becomes more and more abstracted from the matter. The imaginational knowledge is in between in such an abstraction.

I would like to say that the sensory images are formed near the boundary of the physical world and the metaphysical world but on the side of the metaphysical world. The topic of trans-substantial motion will be discussed on its turn. But its consequences have already been described in videos on "Human Evolution", on "Upright Path" and whereever "saoodi herkat" is mentioned and discussed.

Of course, you are right that science has discovered a lot of facts. But what is under discussion is the ultimate reality and source of this world. Modern Science is unable to know this ultimate reality because of its limitations and misunderstandings about the ultimate source of reality. So what is required is that we have to be aware about the limitations of the science. These limitations are explained in the videos about "Matter" and "Cause". It has never been suggested that support should not be taken from the science in getting knowledge lying within its limits.

Thanks for sharing, so we can say God is creating and recreating this whole cosmos moment to moment ,some one has best explained this concept by giving example like when we look at the flowing river we see our image on the water which seems still to our senses but in fact this image is created and recreated on water many times in a second because water is flowing

Yes! what you want to say is right. But using the word 'recreate' here is not correct because this appears to mean that God is taking a series of acts one after the other. No. Gos is pure unity. So His Act of Creation is also One. This means He creates the whole of the world in one sweep by taking His Single Act of Creation. This One Divine Act appears to us as a series of different instants along the flow of time at this lowest level of multiplicity.

What we know exactly or what we see exactly is not the external object. Rather, what we know or see exactly is the image which is formed into our minds by the higher spiritual world. Since, the external object plays a preparatory role in this process, it appears to us that we are seeing the external object.

There is no correspondence as far as the aspect of knowledge is concerned because no form is directly knowable in the outside world as its one part is absent from the other. Due to this absence, the outside material forms are not directly knowable. But there is some correspondence between this unknowable material form and the knowable mental image/form because this unknowable form serves as a preparatory cause for the mental one. Moreover, there may also be some correspondence between the two in the spiritual world as both forms are created by the spiritual world. @@adilkhan-uz4zn

Whenever an evil-doer does an evil act, he fulfills illat-e-istaedadi for getting a negative mark on his soul and this mark is made immediately by illat-e-zati. As far as the affliction of this bad mark i.e. punishment is concerned, it may not be felt immediately by the evil-doer because the marks on the soul during this worldly life are overshadowed by new marks continuously coming from the outside world. But after death, all the negative and positive marks made on the soul would appear and affect the man accordingly.

Sartre's existentialism is regarding man's existence that it comes before its essence and its inherent purpose. Wahda-tul-wajood shortly means the being in everything is one and only one and that is of God. Sartre's existentialism is totally different from Sadra's philosophy of being whose further details will come soon.

Mulla Sadra does not have any specific view regarding ratinoalism and empiricism as these trends were appearing in Europe nearly at the same time when Sadra was writing his books in Iran. But due to lack of communication resources at that time, he does not appear to have specific awareness about these trends in Europe. But, of course, some videos will soon come to show the weaknesses in these trends..

Of course, you are right that science has discovered a lot of facts. But what is under discussion is the ultimate reality and source of this world. Modern Science is unable to know this ultimate reality because of its limitations and misunderstandings about the ultimate source of reality. So what is required is that we have to be aware about the limitations of the science. These limitations are explained in the videos about "Matter" and "Cause". It has never been suggested that support should not be taken from the science in getting knowledge lying within its limits.

Thanks for sharing, so we can say God is creating and recreating this whole cosmos moment to moment ,some one has best explained this concept by giving example like when we look at the flowing river we see our image on the water which seems still to our senses but in fact this image is created and recreated on water many times in a second because water is flowing
Yes! what you want to say is right. But using the word 'recreate' here is not correct because this appears to mean that God is taking a series of acts one after the other. No. Gos is pure unity. So His Act of Creation is also One. This means He creates the whole of the world in one sweep by taking His Single Act of Creation. This One Divine Act appears to us as a series of different instants along the flow of time at this lowest level of multiplicity.

Yes, because to say 'some act is repeated by God' is against His Unity and Immutability.
Salamun alaikum brother, I watched your vedio again about Mulla Sadras understanding on the unity of knower ,knowledge and known here I have a question like when we see an object say a red flower ,do we see the same red flower which lies externally or Mulla Sadra is saying that upon encounter of our senses with the external object say a red rose our soul is activated and creates the same image of red rose with in our soul which is greater in intensity or which is existentially stronger than the red rose which lies externally, please throw some light on this
What we know exactly or what we see exactly is not the external object. Rather, what we know or see exactly is the image which is formed into our minds by the higher spiritual world. Since, the external object plays a preparatory role in this process, it appears to us that we are seeing the external object.

There is no correspondence as far as the aspect of knowledge is concerned because no form is directly knowable in the outside world as its one part is absent from the other. Due to this absence, the outside material forms are not directly knowable. But there is some correspondence between this unknowable material form and the knowable mental image/form because this unknowable form serves as a preparatory cause for the mental one. Moreover, there may also be some correspondence between the two in the spiritual world as both forms are created by the spiritual world. @@adilkhan-uz4zn

Whenever an evil-doer does an evil act, he fulfills illat-e-istaedadi for getting a negative mark on his soul and this mark is made immediately by illat-e-zati. As far as the affliction of this bad mark i.e. punishment is concerned, it may not be felt immediately by the evil-doer because the marks on the soul during this worldly life are overshadowed by new marks continuously coming from the outside world. But after death, all the negative and positive marks made on the soul would appear and affect the man accordingly.
Wajood asl me kya h? Sartre aur 2re existentialist philosopher me aur falsafa e wahdat ul wajood me kya buniyadi farq h
Sartre's existentialism is regarding man's existence that it comes before its essence and its inherent purpose. Wahda-tul-wajood shortly means the being in everything is one and only one and that is of God. Sartre's existentialism is totally different from Sadra's philosophy of being whose further details will come soon.

Mulla sadra ka western philosophers rationalist aur Empiricist ke bare me kya nazariya h is per bhi video banye
Mulla Sadra does not have any specific view regarding ratinoalism and empiricism as these trends were appearing in Europe nearly at the same time when Sadra was writing his books in Iran. But due to lack of communication resources at that time, he does not appear to have specific awareness about these trends in Europe. But, of course, some videos will soon come to show the weaknesses in these trends..
