  Opossum's don't "play dead" on command, it is an involuntary reaction they have to fear, they become commatose and will be fainted like that for a while.

  actually, the loudest bird is the white bellbird. and the reason why is because the screaming piha was recorded at 116 decibels and the white bellbird was recorded at 125 decibels.
