I have had the google doorbell for years. I few years ago I bought a second Google camera and I always had Nest Aware. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GOOGLE PRODUCT. They doubled the price of Nest Aware, there is no customer service. No body to call. My first Nest doorbell front face peeled so I bought another with no accountability from Google. They are well aware of this problem. I bought a second nest doorbell and it did the same. Why did they spray a clear coat on the face of a doorbell if they knew the clear coat peels?????? Why did they not rather just polish the plastic if they wanted it shiny??? Google is CRAP. RING is much better.
About 3 seconds in, the "balloon" hits the child on the head and doesn't break ... The mom throws another because she has to get the money shit, but then has to cut because ostensibly, her child was crying. But hey, got the shot! Now she can get paid as an influencer, peddling a product that sucks and pretending it doesn't!
Is it hack proof, my neighbours hack everything
Mine will not pair with the blink camera
This product is now discontinued sadly with no replacement.
I just bought some from the Google store only about a week or two ago.
video sound isn't working. properly not the best endorsment for your products
Is the light hardwired or how is this powered?
Yes, The Floodlight is hardwired. You may check our full installation instructions here: wasserstein-home.com/blogs/smart-home/how-to-install-the-wasserstein-3-in-1-floodlight-for-nest-cam-outdoor-or-indoor-battery?_pos=2&_sid=327dba9dd&_ss=r
That's not horizontal, dummy. That's vertical.
So where did u mount that piece u attached to the camera?
The transmitter can be mounted anywhere close to the camera itself. I you have any other questions or any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Huge delay from push of button to ringing. What do i do?
Tried installing this with Nest battery. It doesn't work. First, the transmitter has an option for two AAA batteries yet the instructions say it needs to be wired. Why would I buy a wired chime for a non-wired nest? And then, on the google home app it says "Electronic chimes won't work with your doorbell when it's using battery power." How is this a google certified compatible device with Nest battery?

Why is there no sound? That would be very helpful
This video is not helpful. No audio and it doesnt explain if need the transmitter for the wireless chime. Its a doorbell, where does this trasmitter go? Ridiculous!
HI! First, you will need to install the wired transmitter to your doorbell. After the installation is done, plug in the wireless chime and follow the steps below to connect: Make sure the Nest Doorbell is connected to WiFi Go to "Settings", should be the gear symbol on the top right Go to "Doorbell" Make sure ring indoor chime is "ON" They can press the doorbell and Chime should ring. (Please note: Nest Doorbell might take a min to update the setting) Confirm Chime Type is Digital and Chime Length set to 0.5 s Please feel free to email us directly for us to assist you better. Thanks!
I'm not sure if you could create a more unhelpful video if you tried. It's fine if your doorbell is on a table, I guess? No Clue at all how this set up is supposed to work with the doorbell actually affixed to the wall outside. Does the transmitter cover the existing doorbell hole? Is there space for the existing wiring if you do place it there? How do you hide that massive cable? What would the wiring and device placement look like? All things that would have been far, far more important to see than...whatever this is.
I can't remove the wassertain plate from the back of the doorbell, help!
Hello, please get in touch with us via email and we will resolve the issue.
This video is not at all helpful, sorry

Nice setup
Glad you think so!
Doesn't show how it works with the battery Nest doorbell. Access to the back of the doorbell is unavailable because it's 10 inches away through cement block.

What would be great, is if you let us upload our own sound to use as a chime
This isn't on our development pipeline yet, but thank you for the suggestion. We will pass on your remarks to our internal team, as we are always looking for ways to improve our products.

It would be helpful if you had a voice-over to explain what comes in the box, and the set-up steps: My question is about the Nest Doorbell Wired: I see that you connected the wireless transmitter to the Doorbell. What did you connect the other wire on the transmitter to? Did you connect it to the power-adaptor that's connected to your powerbar? Is the power-adaptor provided? Or, do I need to install a doorbell transformer, and connect the transmitter to the transformer?
One end of the Transmitter goes to the Nest Doorbell, the other end goes to a Transformer. They have a graphic on their website.
Does it need to remain attached?! Or is that just for the pairing? It would be rather pointless to have a wireless doorbell if you have to manually attach the speaker,,,
@@EricSundquistKC the Doorbell needs to remain attached to the Transmitter. The transmitter is NOT the speaker. The speaker(s) can be placed anywhere and they will wirelessly communicate with the Transmitter.

Does NOT maintain network connection.Useless. Support is not much better. I waited for 2 years for product to arrive through Kickstarter. Seems most of their products have issues. BEWARE!!!
over wifi or bluetooth?
Your vids are the worst on u tube
Can you splice the wire and add let’s say 10 ft more?
You can but it's fairly long, I'd say 20ft at least
We don't recommend splicing it.
I cannot link the flood light to the app. I can't find a reset button
All you need is to download the app by scanning the QR code or by searching "Wasserstein App" in Google Play Store or the App Store
@@wassersteinhome562 for the third time, how about showing your customers how to set-up the smart connection to our network or phone. We all know how to use an app, how about doing a video on the something useful for a change.
I agree why don't you make a video on how to setup all the settings for the floodlight? I'm having a very difficult time on setting it up as it always reverts back to factory settings. Help!!
@@sergiomuccilli2944 Return the Blink cameras, they are garbage. They are probably the only security cameras out there that still use non rechargeable batteries; also Blink doorbell is the worse I've used. I installed Wyze cameras at my brother's home and it is much better than Blink for the same price. Their app is far more sophisticated (AI technology) and their wired spotlight cam is integrated into the app unlike this one. I played around with Arlo 4K as well but ultimately, I returned the Blink and got Eufy 2K spotlight cameras and the eufy dual cam 2K doorbell (no subscription required). Eufy was the best that I have tested so far and researched. Good luck with Blink! Oh yeah, Ring security is also one of the best if not the best except, they charge a subscription, still using 1080p and don't go on sale to often. FYI, this advise is better than making a video of the Weinstein floodlight.
Did anyone find a solution to this??? My floodlight doesn't appear to have an on off switch, or a reset button!
My stand is losing its ability hold a position and can droop. I've had it for about 9 months. Is this normal?
Hello! Our Google Nest Hub (1st Gen) Adjustable Stand allows you to easily adjust the desired viewing angle with the stand’s 360-degree rotation and 25-degree tilt capabilities. It should safely hold your Nest Hub Max in place while propping it up and no, drooping is not a normal. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] so we can check and resolve the issue .
That's all cool but how do you get application to connect to flood light
All you need is to download the app by scanning the QR code or by searching "Wasserstein App" in Google Play Store or the App Store.
How many W does it generate and how many MAH the battery ?
The solar panel is 2W just like others with the same size and the battery is 2600maH.
Will this version allow for 24/7 recording? Not exactly sure what "zero down time" in the website description is referring to. To my understanding, the previous model allowed for charging when set to event history but did not allow for continuous recording, which I presume a lot of customers hope to gain from a product like this.
HI! It cannot support continuous recording, even it is connected with the solar panel. Solar panel can help to lengthen the battery usage time, but not up to a level to support continuous reording.
So it can’t charge up the battery. Just lengthen the battery usage. Google page specs at 2.5w which won’t really charge it even with 10 strong hours of direct sun exposure in Southern California.
Hi, the solar panel can help to lengthen the battery usage time, but not up to a level to support continuous recording. If you have further inquiries, please reach out to us via email at [email protected]
It’s plenty strong enough to change the battery mate, I’ve had one for a couple of days and I’m in Australia so it’s not sunny atm. On the first day I installed it it charged the battery 8% but it was an overcast day, given that these cameras barely use any battery power even 8% is more than enough to indefinitely sustain the camera. Since then we’ve had a couple of sunny days and it’s doesn’t even show the % anymore.
I have an Arlo 4k Pro, I purchased some spare batteries, when I install the charge battery do I have to reprogram the Arlo 4k Pro again. Does it lose its program memory?
The battery life of your Arlo camera varies depending on usage. The most common cause of battery drain is excessive usage and the best way to improve battery life is to reduce unwanted videos.
How does it connect to the back? The screw adapter doesn’t seem to fit.
Hi, the camera mounting plate can be installed from either side. The screw adapter is adjustable so you can fix and secure it in place to your gutter. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] if you have further inquiries.
So, where are these solar panels as seen in video. Why advertise, when they are not available.
Hi, we have started fulfilling orders for the solar panels early this week. Please get in touch with us via email at [email protected] for further inquiries.
Still waiting. The ship date keeps being push every month. I hope it gets here by the end of the year.
Hi, we apologize for the delay. We are expeting the solar panels to be shipped out by the end of the month. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected], so we can further assist you.
@@wassersteinhome562 No problem, I got mine. They have been working well. Zero issues.
Piece of junk, don’t buy it. This company supposedly design these mounts with Arlo’s features in mind. Except you can still pop out the camera in between the joint that “covers” the button that releases the camera with a little Alan wrench. On top of that, you have to take off this security cover in order to charge your cameras because the genius who designed this put the bracket to enclose the cover in the way of where the Arlo charger needs to be in order charge it. This thing is utterly useless, I can’t believe they haven’t all been returned and taken off their website

Is this going to be released any time soon? I pre-ordered back in November of 2021 and it seems like the date keeps getting pushed back every month.
Hi Ricky, we are close to the completion of firmware update. We are expecting the solar panels to be shipped out by the 2nd half of May 2022. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected]

Is this available yet? Or will it be delayed again?

I ordered 2 solar charging panels for NestCam (battery) last fall, and still have not received them. Wondered what the status of deliveries currently appears to be?
Hi, we apologize, but the roll-out date for the solar panel was moved to this May 2022. The firmware update took longer than we anticipated. Please get in touch with us via email at [email protected] and we will check on the status of your order.
Any chance they can hold 24/7 recording without running out of juice?

Great product. I would like to be able to under mount this on sofet. Is this a supported method of mounting?
Hi, yes it would be possible but the motion range as well as the lighting range would be limited. If you have further inquiries, please reach out to us via email at [email protected].
Does it work with gutter guards?
Hi, yes it can. The gutter screw mounts are adjustable. Please get in touch with us if you have further inquiries. Visit our contact page at wasserstein-home.com/pages/contact-us
Available in UK?
Hi, this solar panel is not available in UK yet.
@@wassersteinhome562 When will it be available in UK? or how can I at least get it? Thanks
@@unlock-er Hi, we have no definite date as to when the solar panel will be made available for UK.
@@wassersteinhome562 how can I buy this now and get it shipped to UK? is it only available on your website? or is it available anywhere else?
@@unlock-er This will be available in our website and amazon. Please be advised that the solar panel is on pre-sale.
You do realize you still i stalled it vertically, you just added a wedge to the one already provided for a wider angle.
Hi, yes correct. It is still installed vertically and can be adjusted horizontally for about 35° to 55° for a better viewing angle.
The horizontally means that it rotates horizontally
When will this be available?
Hi, the solar panel is on pre-sale and will be available by end of March 2022. Thanks!
@@wassersteinhome562 will it though? Your website already says April…
@@charliegonzales2224 Yes, you are correct. The roll-out date was moved to end of April as we are waiting for a firmware update by Google.
DON'T DO IT. It's been 6 months, initially there was no mention that this was a pre-sale. They gladly took our money to fund the continuously flawed development of this product. 6 months later, no communication from Wasserstein (unless you reach out to them), countless false promises, multiple hardware development issues, and the inability to deliver this product. Very disappointed. Not impressed with this company.
