Yeah g'day Anna, You can definitely see where Mr. Miyazaki gets his inspiration from both forms of environment, the scenes going to the silver mine were very much as if he drew and coloured them. The cherry picking takes me back to years past when I used to go do it then drive several hours back home eating cherries all the way home just complaining about my upset stomach afterward, to which I got no sympathy from my parents and ex-partner. Yes, I used to spread the pips on the way home. Just give me some books, continuous coffee and I'm happy. Thank you

Hi Anna, You see quite a lot when you go to these places and there is all the time before when you make your plans as well. Your filming gave off a calm restful place and made a good impression. The area where the onsen was reminded me of other places you'd been with the bridges and a canal running though the streets. Stay healthy and happy. Thanks for all your hard work. Take care.

Hi Anna and thanks for the video. You have more than convinced me now that Yamagata prefecture is a region that should be visited. It looks great and it's not crowded - perfect for me. All of the places you visited - can you go by train or bus or do you really need to rent a car? The citrus soba looks interesting to eat. I'd like to try it in the future. Take care of yourself and have a great weekend.

Hi Anna ..how are you? Hope your well and having a good week 😊. Really nice vlog ..hope you enjoyed your trip back home to Japan ❤. I remember the Moomins ..we had the TV programme here in the UK to back in the 90's. Yamagata looks really nice ..had me at the beef 🤣. The smile on the egg of the Kobe beef was cute ..really must try some Kobe beef sometime ..looks super delicious 😋. Shame about the plane food ..reminded me of a flight I once took back from South Africa ..the only thing on the breakfast menu was kippers ..nice smell at 30,000 feet 😂😂. Enjoy rest of your trip ..looking forward to Yamagata part 2...love the look of the new Kansai airport building ..and always been amazed by the beauty of Japanese mountains...great vlog and channel..thanks for all your hard work and editing..safe travelling and have a wonderful week..stay safe 🤗✈😍😘💕

Yeah g'day, Anna, It has been a while since I have posted anything online but the beef had me hooked especially if it is done medium-rare and yes, I am still not sure about steak sashimi, which is strange as I love steak Diane. One thing I have never grown accustomed to is Natto. It sounded like those groups were having a good night and the sake was flowing freely but the restaurant prices didn't appear too bad. Good to see you back in Japan.

Anna-san, it was nice to show some glimpse of Finland. It gave me time to reminisce about the place (I spent childhood there). I do know Mummi; they call it Mummi Peiko " Mummi Troll". I grew up watching them and reading stories. Also Marimekko brought lots of memories from my childhood. Thank you for the contents😊. Could you also do segment of Jungfrau (it has been a while since I been there) in your future😂. content.

Hi Anna; It was nice to see you back in Japan and reacquainting with the food and other things unique to Japan. I'll look forward to your next vlog on Yamagata. I have heard that it was a historical pottery area and so there should be a lot of nice works popping up along your path. I also think you must miss going to the Onsens and having your own special bath, so I believe you will have that as a treat. It is amazing the comparisons that will swirl around in your head now that you have a taste of another European lifestyle. I hope both you and your husband have adjusted well to your new home. Before you leave Japan, will you be able to visit any of your family in person? Well, Take Care, Brave Traveller!!

Yamagata looks so nice! I think there are a lot of beautiful places in Japan which are out of the typical places that tourists always visit, like Tokio, Kioto and Osaka. So there are less tourists and it is more authentic, while still super nice and deserving a visit :) For example, I can think of Wakayama... Ms Anna, are you planing on visiting Wakayama anytime?

Hi Anna and thanks for the video. It was nice to see you going back home to Japan again. I've never been to Yamagata prefecture before although I don't think it's somewhere that foreign tourists tend to visit that much which is great. Maybe now's the time to visit Yamagata before foreigners discover the area. I don't think I've eaten A5 kobe beef either although I did try last year to walk into a restaurant in Shinjuku but got turned away as I hadn't booked in advance!! I was supposed to stay at a Daiwa Roynet hotel in Kanazawa last year but it closed down for refurbishment so I had to pick another hotel close by!! Take care of yourself and have a great weekend.
