Heb je de TA gereden met zowel originele als hyperpro veren? Hoe groot is het verschil? Ik overweeg met RD04 te updaten met progressieve veren en hyperpro schokdemper.

Thnx man momenteel nog geen TET ivm deze zomer wel van plan redelijk bekend in de omgeving daar m,n vaste plekkie haha 04 kopen zeker een aanrader erg lastig te vinden in nl het beste zou zijn eentje importen

Yeah it was hard to find the good route early in the morning and navigator had some struggels to find the route there were different groeps each riding their own route but after that it was great i like the AT more because better suspension some more power an offcourse the dakar historie but its heavier than the TA and parts are hand to find but right now im working on my 2e AT rd04 so i got a spare bike 😂

It was from a brand BOS was custom made to fit the TA sounds great but lost it on the highway after some mounts broke of😅😂😂

Thnx man almost no upgrades some good offroad tires suspension upgrade from hyperpro and a thick aluminium skidplate but nothing engine wise just a idiot on a bike 😂😂😂

heb je al veel onderdelen moeten vervangen of zijn deze nog altijd redelijk degelijk rond deze leeftijd ik ga naar een 2000 model kijken binnekort

Nee motorisch gezien niet enkel wat upgrades gedaan zoals aluminium skidplate hyper pro progressie veren erin en laatst helaas een nieuwe tandwiel krans me tandwiel boute waren afgebroken na een dag drifte over de grevel wegen 😂😂motorblok lekt iets wat olie langs de kop pakkingen maar kwestie van je olie peil in de gaten houden verder geen invloed motorblokken zijn niet te slopen de 2000 modellen zijn beter ivm dubbele schijfrem merk nu ik een africa twin rd 04 erbij heb dat dubbele schijven wel echt een grote verbetering is

That high one on top of the original i made it myself from a piece of plexiglass and some allumium strips pretty easy the rally ones from goffi or perfect fairings windshields are not clear and i don,t like that

@@rustysutton ik heb aan de mijne eigenlijk niets hoeven te vervangen enkel onderhoud kleppe olie filters enzovoort de meeste dingen die ik eraan gedaan heb waren om de off road vaardigheden te verbeteren alleen begint de mijne met ze +- 140.000 km wel ze zweet puntjes bij de koppakkingen te krijgen en lekt die soms wat olie langs het koppeling heveltje geen ramp gewoon je olie peil in de gaten houden hij verbruikt wat olie maar niet absurd denk maandelijks kijken gebruik hem als daily drive zo ong 2500 km maandelijks

@@rustysutton wel goed kijken of het geen 132.000 km is alp teller gaat maar tot 99.999 km waarbij de verkopers de 100.000 er niet bijzeggen kan je vaak al snel zien aan de motor een alp van 23 jaar oud met 32.000 km zou er nog tip top uit moeten zien verkoper vertelde mij ook dat die maar 27.000 km had naderhand aan onderhoud historie en lichte zweet plekjes kunnen zien dat dat even 100.000 extra was

Great riding man! Did you do any modifications on the transalp? Looking to buy a '96 model, but i don't know how it will handle off road in the stock setup. Previous bikes were the CRF rally, R80G/S and a Freewind.

Yes it has hyperpro springs and mitas e07 tyres and k&n filters and aluminium skid plate must have for offroad the original is plastic dats it nothing special i had it a long time on stock suspension in my first video but those were leak so then the hyperpro come in and thats a big change but the transalp is very good for offroad and easy to maintain and bulletproof that,s what i need cause i use it also as daily driver my one is from 92 single front disc the newer ones have double if you get to choose take the double disk one,s for more braking power

Awesome videos. I'm looking for a motorcycle and your video's shown me 2 of the ones I was most interested. Thanks a lot. I have a ebike like CAB Motor works but with 15 KW power and I cannot drive it on streets and I have to decide something in the range crf 250L - 450L or an adventure bike like Transalp 600 (which costs half of the 3 bikes) I m tempted of an adventure bike because of the second seat, bigger tank, highway cruise speed, but I don't like the weight, off rood handling and your video's shown me how big is the difference off road. So hard to decide.

Yes the transalp is cheap and bulletproof easy to maintain off road feels like a big dirt bike the biks is heavy and low weight so it,s not that bad to ride it,s 180 kg i believe and my crf 450 x is 120 kg and with an enduro bikes they need a lot of work and maintaince my transalp has now 140.000 km and still going hard for his 32 years no enduro/mx bike will handle that on the factory piston and parts 🤣
