    You do realise he took breaks and not do them straight up 1 by 1 right? And also he had self recoverery so ofcourse it be a little easier for him, but the training is literally basic training routain you do in the army, but anyway, good stuff.

    it is fake 1000 % you cant do 7 days this routine ,if you didnt expierce it *still takes years ! .Day 4 he he said:i was in alot of pain trying to complete work out'' ,day 5 :Josh need to tap out @! ???? So the magical pain reliver stoped your pain and heal you like you didnt run 40 km? One healing potion *wrong One healing foot machine :) If you really did 4 days withouth stoping ,you will be in pain ,i see this : the recording is done on another day ,maybe 2 3 days after *recording made . For me this was the biggest waste of time everr

    Two reasons are you are pressing only 90% of your bodyweight in a handstand. And you should do handstands on parallettes or blocks to get the full range of motion similar to the shoulder press.

    It's great that you are completing these challenges but should stop over doing it, you're going to be more prone to muscle damage by over using them. If there are cold dips should do it, help prevent inflammation and recovery.
