  People like control over what they can control. Good nutritional advice is heard only after the psychological barriers are overcome, and in some cases that means when the feeding tube is inserted and life becomes more important than control It’s not you. Good on you for giving it your best. Still neeeded.

  Always fry your lamb shanks separate from the veggies so you get an even coating, don't crowd the pan like this and get uneven browning because it adds so much flavor

  I just made this and it tasted lovely....but.. i left it on the stove to keep it warm on low too long and it separated, so had to put it down the sink...gutted. Will try it again next week :)

  You take a spice from the back and the ones at the front fall out, if you had removed the lid from the last box, they would stay in place and therefore safer. It is a matter of adding one more box to each row.

  this is not really accurate. people had horrible cholesterol, died earlier, more heart attacks, most people smoked even if you didn't, everyone smoked around you.

  Hey Warren, new sub here - does the double switch work the same way? it is double wires or does it just look like two separate switch wiring? I don't know if I am explaining myself well. What is the difference between a single switch wiring and double switch wiring?

  Food appetisers in your food that you dont about..coz they are not on labels and not registered as appetisers with the FDA..wake up USA...and you put grow hormones in your cattle to make them weigh more...coz more profit..then you eat growth hormones..banned in the UK...oh then you grow fatter and they sell you slimming pills...we call that double bubble profits.😅

  They lived on average into 80,s even hundred life expectancy is now falling not increasing but the govt says opposite so you work longer and don't drain their pension pots...my parents and I walked to school everyday, they cycled, they swam..they didn't eat burgers full of growth hormones banned in the UK..they ate full fat beef..they lived to 84 and 94..no added sugar no added food appetisers which the FDA don't check for coz they keep them secret as they are not recognised as appetisers so your always hungry

  Yes it does. The heat from electric stove is reflected back so if the foil is turned full side out it will cook faster.
