Nice tutorial. I use this same principle, but practiced doing the dribble with the deck held closer to the palm, making it angle-proof. I also grab with the third finger and thumb, then instantly grip it between my pointer and second finger, strengthening the illusion that it was plucked from the exposed side of the deck.
Im not a magician but I definitely know what’s going on here you are really good at hiding where your finger is stopping the deck to flip the card. Still very good trick tho 🫡
Looks great but I can’t see how that works - asking someone to combine the two twisted /spiralled piles is just asking for trouble… On that basis this cannot work

SuchSuch an old card trick, and still a crowd-pleaser. I am 67 years old, learned this trick when I was about thirteen, have spent almost my whole life as a professional magician, and still perform this trick, with slight changes. The audience is still amazed. I think your channel is great. When I was young, there were only books and magic seminars. So I got to meet Dai Vernon, Ed Marlo, Fred Kaps as well as Harry Lorayne and many other celebrities in person. I was with Roberto Giobbi for a few years at the ZRB (Magic Ring Basel). Great trick but you need to sacrifice two cards per trick...I wonder if there could be a better finishing instead of tearing the cards up... Can't think of an obvious one right now...thank you for sharing the method...

I’ve seen this one before, it’s a banger😂
The tutorial is good and also the idea of using the Hindu Shuffle to create the gap. Since I've been doing this force for many years, I feel the need to add something more. The force card can also be under the deck, followed by a swing cut (optionally with a previous false shuffle.) After being lifted up, you then show the spectator the face up card from the top pack. As a convincer: You can lightly stick the front part of your index finger into the gap and pretend you're picking up the package right there. Then the closed fingers slide to the left and cover the entire gap just before lifting.
