    very beautiful, do you sell these? the polish doesn't break? like if you hit it?

  • @ColorfulCraftCorner
    @ColorfulCraftCorner4 ай бұрын

    Thank you! 🤗No, I don't sell these. The small nail polish leaves are pretty durable; they are also flexible. They don't break easily; you can also bend them, but with something sharp or pointy, you can poke or rupture them.

    This is the most informative tutorial I’ve seen yet and you didn’t say a word! You’re attention to the detail in just what you’re doing is perfect. No need for explaining, really. I wish I would have found this video before attempting my first flower after watching others. With all the talk and or them writing and me having to try to read and watch what’s going on, it’s quite a challenge. I’m a more watch and learn than I am listening to someone go on and on. It helps but you didn’t have to say a word. I know I’m being rhetorical, you just did an amazing job and I’m off to attempt these. I know it’s not as elementary as you make it look but practice will get me there. Thank you for your time and help for us who want to create! Blessings from Tennessee!

    I’m amazed that you can adjust the shape after they’ve dried! Can’t wait to try it.

  • @ColorfulCraftCorner
    @ColorfulCraftCorner5 ай бұрын

    Don't overbend it! The nail polish will tear if you push it too far, but it's flexible enough to slightly adjust the petals after they have dried. :)

  • @ColorfulCraftCorner
    @ColorfulCraftCorner5 ай бұрын

    I'm sorry you're disappointed. It wasn't a complicated tutorial, so I didn't see the point of adding it to full length (30+ minutes). If something is not clear, you can ask me anything. I'm happy to answer any questions you have.

    Instead of using glue to stick the walls together would i be able to wet the edges of the walls and stick them together or would the clay stay hard ?

  • @ColorfulCraftCorner

    You can do that while the clay still wet, but nake sure to score the two piece where you attach. Plain water won't hold them together

    How long should walls dry?

  • @ColorfulCraftCorner
    @ColorfulCraftCorner7 ай бұрын

    I like to leave them for at least 48 hours, but it also depends on the thickness of the piece and your environment (if it's moist it may take more time). You can do a "nail test" - push your nail on the back, if it leaves only thin/small mark it's dry.
