  Its disappointing that u not finish projects on time. I bought cascade was promised we will have the keys Sept 2022 and from the look of the project I don't see us getting that key anytime soon and I paid the whole amount in 90days. Buyers be aware

  There are many more costs that you are not mentioning such as service charges. How will the lifts be maintained, who will clean (e.g. the staircases, etc.) the premises once complete? Furthermore, it appears hakuna kuanika nguo nje.....Nice area but not for every Mwananchi.

  Centum, your sister project pearl marina is struggling. No progress on the project. Workers are not being paid and are now striking. It is shame considering Ugandans trusted Centum to be a genuine company.

  These places will work well if big companies bring their offices close by, provide top notch connectivity, and they provide enough amenities that you don't have to drive far for necessities. I am so tired of commuting!! They should also consider some kind of trolley or shuttle bus. I've been to a similar development of this type. You shop for one hour then walking becomes a hassle.

  @centum your kenya projects seem to be progressing unlike your sister company pearl marina in Uganda which is just sending clients quarterly reports with no progress made on construction for the past 5 months.
