I really love the first encounters the 3 villains have. They coulda just had them all demolish their opponent to show their strength but instead of course they show Tirek demolishing the pillars showing that yeah when it comes to this show. besides maybe Discord he is the most powerful. Chrysalis struggles a bit but doesnt take to long to take down starlight and then Cozy Glow who is armed with the bell puts great fight up and takes out 2 big threats to her being Celestia and Luna by using the bell. Though then the mane 6 put up a fight and even take her down almost until the other 2 villains show up. I also love seeing each of their traits throughout the finale. still building up that Tirek is very inteliigent and cautious though still has anger issues it seems. with how easily Discord made him angry to free them all. Him being the only one to worry about Twilight being on the loose and the wendigos. Chrysalis is just full of anger and doesnt simply wanna win but she wants to ensure suffering to her enemies. like when Cozy wanted to destroy (kill im assuming) the mane 6 but Chrysalis wanted to gloat to equestria that she captured them. then of course Cozy Glow is just full of bloodlust which is really good that she is the weakest of them physical wise.
This episode premiered right after I caved and started watching MLP, it was like a reward from the TV. Almost like it was saying "You finally caved in? Here's your favorite celebrity guest starring!"
The cmc's should have turned the tables on their bullies by helping them realize the way they slam their asses together is actually lesbian sex, making them lesbians. they are probably bullies because they are afraid to come out of the closet. They should have told them although it's strange to have sex in public like they do, there's nothing to be ashamed of,it's okay to be gay. That not only might have turned them from their enemies into friends but it would have been more foreshadowing of their special talent as it is the only foreshadowing to make them getting the same mark for helping others not seem like a contrived way to keep them together happens is in appaloosas most wanted when they help trouble shoes.

I'm happy that people enjoy this episode. I personaly think it is indeed funny but definitelly my least favourite of the season. It just seems a bit too chaotic for my liking, but I'm glad people like it since it's still mlp after all. 😊

I like this episode, 'cause it shows that there's a difference between being assertive and being a bully. Iron Will, whether he realizes it or not, teaches ponies how to be a bully. I'm glad Fluttershy figured out a good middle ground. Assertive while still being kind and understanding. ^^

I never cried while watching anime, I expected I won't cry this time too, though I had already moments where I am about to burst in tears. But when Tomoya and Ushio were in a train talking about Nagisa I couldn't resist it.
The moment Fluttershy realises she's been awful to her friends she loves is heartbreaking. I think we've all been there..

I stumbled across this on my feed on May 21, 2024.. I also died that very night watching him come out of the 2nd overloaded room and then just pull a groundhog day death sequence that made me laugh myself into suffocation.. I couldnt breath.. One of the funniest things Ive seen in many years.

Everything in this episode was just perfect. I especially loved that it all ended with the closing book and we saw every pony even Sunset Shimmer at the end of the song. The fact it all ended with a song and the "How I used to wonder what friendship could be" line which is a beautiful reference to the theme song. 🥲

In my opinion, this is the best my little pony Christmas episode. It has great humor, storyline and songs. There's just so much to love here. 😊
Thunderlanes always been a bolt he was part of the same group as RD and was accepted in as a professional wonderbolt the same time as her, if not slightly earlier than her tho i think thunderlane was more so a reserve since it was rare to seem him with the other bolts ( cloudsdale, yk the main wonderbolts ), but after this episode he shows up way more with the other bolts lol presumably because a spot was open ( like how RD got in because a past bolt retired ) or they added a spot
11:35. I wonder, since we see the Pinkies about to come out of the mirror pond already in the water, I noticed a 4th Pinkie, so was it the real Pinkie Pie from behind the pond or was it some other Pinkie Pie clone that clearly wanted to come out but never did..?

now you know what pain is. what is even worse is that tomoya almost used his happiness orb wish to wish that he had never talked to nagisa, so he wouldn't have to feel this pain. the world took so much from this guy. his father cost him his basketball career. his wife died in childbirth, and then his only child, who is like 5 years old died in his arms. The only comfort we get is that at the very end we get our happy ending. k...kinda. There's a theory out there that the final scene with nagisa alive and ushio happy and healthy is that tomoya died of a broken heart when he fell over in the snow and now they're all together again in heaven.

The new name Shining Armor was given (Francis) is obviously meant to pay respect to Shinning Armors voice actor Andrew Francis also what Francis said when he met Twilight "I haven't seen you since the brohoof bash" is a reference to a funny clopfic the girls all have the hots for their brothers so they get together to have sex with each other's brothers and pretend its their own brother their doing this being the second time that clop was referenced in FIW the first being in neigh soul sister when Twilight says it the microtape Spike swallowed, along with how the author of that story (Shakespeaeariles) wrote another one called bigger not older, which mirrors this story (foaly maatripony) also wrote the Brohoof Bash and Bigger Not Older where they have the hots for each other but shining is adopted so not being technically being related so its okay.
