Such a good recipe!! Also super versatile - have exchanged the noodles for tofu and tried multiple types of greens (Brussels sprouts, broccoli, bok choi). Haven’t tried it with different syrups yet but I might at some point? Really introduces you to the main flavour profiles of a stir fry!

Have you experienced inflation in GB? I live in the US. At some point, your 1 pound meals need to have the cost of ingredients recalculated to 2 or even 3 pounds. What year do you believe you will do this? 2030?

Think the good folk of Cornwall may have something to say about Ginsters Cornish pasties !!! However I absolutely love them and two for a pound is right up my budget , far cheaper than a so called Greggs nearly Cornish which I believe they have stopped calling them . Another North East bakery chain , Dicksons , do a really nice facsimilie of a Cornish which has a great deal of seasoning in them well worth checking out .

I often tear it up into the bottom of a quiche dish, use whatever left overs I have in the fridge, stir up some eggs, top it with some tasty cheese... bake it and call it breakfast.

I like your books but if youre gonna do youtube you need to do it, pick a strategy and stick to it. Are you doing recipes, or fast forward videos? 1 video a month? Every two months? 4 videos 8 months ago then nothing isnt best practice for growth. Make it regular make a plan.
