  Nice man, thats a heavy pull. You might be better served by lowering the weight, upping the reps and focusing on form especially coming off an injury. Deadlift is a super technical lift and there are more ways to do it wrong then there are ways to do it right. Keep it up 👍👍👍

  Pretty sure thats the newest 2023 one and not to long I ate maybe a pinky fingernail amount and could feel it inside my stomach. It burnt and taste like literal battery acid, not in a spicy “oh thats hot” way but in a “I’m going to shit nuclear waste out of every hole” kind of way. You seriously would have to pay me $1,500 to even eat an entire chip let alone do the challenge.
