How is the status of this determined? Is there some limit? I think in the story mode, we often set the limit.
What status are you asking about? Are you asking about the "Act" limit at the upper left?
@@TacticsLeague No, I mean HP, MP.AT and MT.speed. Is there a way to allocate up to these values to some extent, I'm not sure about the PvP mode.
@@liquid_sergeant The save data and PvP Patch has strict stat spreads which is only altered with job change and equipment. As a rule, players cannot level down and re-level to "increase" their stats as a part of the competitive balancing.

My strategy for Game One here was for my usual Orator to have a weapon that could strike over obstacles, thus the bow, but I did not implement this strategy well. Game Two: first time encountering Steadfast Ring (Invulnerable) and thought that it absorbed one attack, wasted valuable atrack time instead of focusing on taking out a single opposing unit.
Apologies, the video segment extends well past the Orbonne Monastery game; seems like I forgot to end the video at that point 😆

I would like to see this with the communicating edited out, so it plays more smoothly with a slightly faster video play rate. 35 minutes to watch a replay of a match is a lot to follow.
Good suggestion, and yeah there's definitely some waiting in between for both parties to make choices, affecting the total game time.

This is sweet! Question: how do you guys go about balancing the first turn advantage?
As the Starter format leaves the team-building in the hands of the players, the balancing with first turn play is controlling the amount of +Speed you get from gear which typically leads to that. Equip: Haste gear isn't a thing in the PvP Patch to enable fair starts; unless you can get a ridiculous amount of Speed, players will be able to get all units to act first before their opponent's second turn.
I've really liked the format! 1x Unique and 4x generics. Way to go guys!

I finally got around to watching the whole thing. This would have been a cool event to see live for sure . 9 hours pretty much straight of FFT, big brain thinking strats and all that would wear anyone out. Thanks for the great tournament, hosting it, the shout out and so on. Was great to watch and be a "part" of it indirectly. Hope to see more of this in the future. 👍👍

My "version number" didn`t appear besides "Data". It just says "Data" but no version number
Did the PPF patch successfully apply and is your game the US version? The reason I am asking is because it is possible the text patch did not go through.
