  Tracer was hard her skill ceiling is still really high but the skill floor has risen greatly. Now getting picks is way easier due to the hit boxes on her bullets being so inflated and the dps passive letting her kill through an Ana pocket. Her pulse also got dramatically easier to hit and that extra health makes reacting and using your recall way easier. Overall tracer is probably the most overpowered dps since sojourn meta but with a much easier to play kit.
