This car is just awesome!! Both driver and car, definitely a looker!! If i was a guy though, I would add a turbo and stiffen the suspension, and add a big Exhaust.

Cool, we had the 61 Lesabre back in the day. I always liked showing off the engine compartment because it had a Wildcat motor w/ a big cat on the air breather. It's cool you left it as it was w/ the small white wall tires. Loved early 60s GM all of em!

Back in the day, I had a friend who owned a brown 77 targa. We would cruise around town and make that 911 sing. He's passed on now but I managed to buy a 3.2 gaurds red coupe 12 years ago and I wish he were here to see it. These air cooled cars are something special and after owning one you are never quite the same!

I am looking at one on Barrett Jackson auction this week at Palm Springs maybe buying one to use for vintage racing- it has an auto transmission it would need a Tremec 5 speed I think.

Wow! I also had a 1989 Nissa Pao. It was the ivory color. I just loved it for all the reasons you mentioned. My Saturday morning errands always took an hour longer because of all the people wanting to talk to me about it. I ended up selling it when we moved to Spain, but it stayed in my Jacksonville, FL neighborhood. Two ladies bought it and love it as well.
