Denise Young is a composer, songwriter, pianist, arranger, publisher, & producer. She is a voting member for NARAS (Grammy's). Her music is released through the indie label, Dancing Horses Music and publishing company Denise Ann Young Music, BMI. Denise's music also appears in short films featured in various film festivals, documentaries, and on several projects with Grammy winning artists.
Denise grew up in the suburbs just outside St. Louis, Missouri. Playing by ear at age 4 and beginning formal lessons at age five, she started composing original music in her early teens to express emotions through music. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy (a double major in music and psychology), and a Master of Arts in Psychology. She has experienced miracles through music and believes that music can be a catalyst for emotional expression and healing the spirit, mind, and body.

OMG this piece touched my soul and splattered my emotions. I felt the passion and imprinted on the story. At this moment I hard back tears that are yarning to surface as goosebumps emerge and shake my body like shivering cold. I exhaled from soul after replaying 4x's and from there released and outbreak of tears and whild up emotions. I inhaled and gasped for air only to confront and sea of tears unfolding like decade old fears. I never touched you but this brief encounter has set me free, thank you that was just what I needed.

Ok, Ok. There are two things that have come into my life that have changed me. Your music Denise has inspired a 50 year old to take up piano over these past 2 years.
