I stopped at the two minute forty second mark when you said the Sequoia was only available in the hybrid. I absolutely could not believe it! So I went on Google and there it is, all hybrids without the option of a conventional gasoline engine. Toyota Absolutely lost me there! Here I was, everything had worked out and we were ready to trade the wife's Camry and our older Sequoia in on a 2023... NOPE! What Genius made the decision to Foul up the best SUV on the road with a hybrid engine? Hint here, the government may be interested in a fraction of an increase in miles per gallon, but people that can afford a large SUV are not.
the hybrid in the Sequoia is to boost the engine not to save fuel ....also they should of left that rear tailgate window like the old one alone ... and there is no space in the trunk ...also that stupid big screen is too high it needs to be lowered like in landcover defender

Remember the 3rd row is on tracks so you can adjust how much cargo area you need. You can also fold the 3rd row, even the 2nd row if you need even extra space.
@@GaultToyotaEndicott I meant the fact that it’s not flat and it has all sorts of gaps with that tray system, even with the flaps, the seats have to be slid back, total fail compared with the last gen. It’s poorly designed, especially if you have dogs. And Toyota knows how much dog lovers use their vehicles or they wouldn’t have one of the promotional shots of the 4Runner on their website be the back window down with two dogs looking out.
Im still on the 2nd Gen Pilot which has a great setup for cargo and but I have been waiting to upgrade 3years now. One big thing for me was the rear window not opening independently, the latest gen doesnt either so I decided to move on even considering Kia and Hyundai. I tested the hybrid Sequoia and was ready until I saw the ugly two tone Capstone interior that is the only alternative to the all black sitting in a gorrillas nose interior. Even the tundranor tacoma has a light color leather interior. As the hestwaves become longer and more frequent people are not going to want the tar pit black interior. Crazy there is one leather color option unless you get to the top tier. Then you get HALF an alternative. I went to a dealership in Hackensack where the sales person said they sell 5k over MSRP so I shpuld be ready to compromise on what Im willing to not get. Im willing to not get a Toyota now unless they have what I want at a competitive price.

You can order a Highlander XLE with Navigation. Also, the 2023 Highlanders all come with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Let me know if you have any other questions.

No the new Highlander doesn't come with a CD player, honestly most new vehicles have removed the CD player from the media system.

Depends on the Model you choose. The highlander gives you the option of fabric, SofTex or Leather trimmed seats.

Don't start your excitement with a non functional hood scoop, kills MPG over looks, and it is not the most off-road vehicle . I own 3 Tundras and it takes a few K in tires to make them off-road worthy.

Funny, right? To me a smart key should be standard. You have to get the SE with Convenience pkg to get the smart key or you have to move up to an XLE or XSE trim.
