I would recommend eating Whole Foods, high protein meals. Steak, chicken, eggs, fish, veggies + fruits. Then workout consistently and you’ll see a change. Try and stay under 2000 calories when you’re starting out and see how much you lose, if you want to lose more , lower the calories

For the most part I tried to not eat after 6:30/7pm, BUT if I did, it was low calorie high protein Greek yogurt for like a snack and that was it. I always wanted to make sure I didn’t consume a lot or any calories after 6:30pm

Imma start consuming 1110 kcal a day Drinking protein shake with 250 kcal and 40 grams of protein And im also going to eat double tuna fish sandwich which is 360 kcal and 46 grams of protein and also egg whites which has 500 kcals! And 100 grams of protein. And Im hoping to at least lose 20 lbs of fat in just 1 month since Ill be 1hr cardio and burn 700 calories a day hoping it works out fir me😅

I worked out before , I worked out 3-4 times a week, I was doing explosive workouts/strength training with weight lifting - also conditioning/cardio at the end of each workout and plyometrics before each workout , and I ate extremely healthy

i was 195 shear 200 if i ate too much for like 1 week, and i just fasted and lost 45 pounds in 1 mouth im telling u i ddint eat anyhting for 1 month just tea, water, and carbonated water thats it. and just disracted myself from eating completely! but ya now i wanna have abs and like a bit of muscle so im doing it the "normal" way

From my experience, I weight lifted 3-4 times a week, and every meal I ate was high in protein and low in calories. I also got 8 hours of sleep , napped frequently as that helped with the muscle recovery
