The only rhyme and reason to what I post is it's generally got something to do with Cars, Motorcycles or Stereos. That's about it. I'm not very detailed about explaining things, my videos are unedited (I crop them because I often spend a lot of time rambling, though), sometimes I use crass language, and I used to have ads until KZread changed the rules. I need money to support my Subaru. (It’s a turbo, so it always needs fixed.)
Please subscribe. I don’t post much, so even if you don’t like my content I won’t bother you often. I’d like to gain subscribers so KZread will allow me to (re)monetize. Again, Subaru parts… at least I’m honest about it.
Don't expect me to ever edit anything, as I have an actual life. Don't ever expect me to apologize for anything, either.
I’m a full time truck driver.
My sense of humor could be called "grouchy middle aged guy," and you may hear that occasionally as I speak.. or you may not.

My 2004 had a similar problem here in Michigan. I could hardly move the gearshift lever. Your tips were spot on ! ! Works great after lubricating. FYI, original owner and we have 365,000 miles with everything original. Best rig ever 😄. The only thing slowing it down from lasting "forever" is corrosion.
Jeff how did you pull the super baffle out once you got it loose. I'm stuck trying to pull mines out. I know this video is 8 years old but hopefully the knowledge is still there. Please help.
I think I fastened the can to my workbench and tied a ratchet strap to the handle of a pair rod locking pliers, clamped those to the silencer, put a bunch of tension on the strap and wiggled it like crazy until metal fatigue did its thing.. but the details are kinda fuzzy. I remember it being a total pain in the butt. I did drill a ton of holes around the central pipe thing and I used a small air saw to cut around it linking the holes.. once it was all yanked out I cleaned up the end so it wasn’t scary looking
Thank you. You win the Internet tonight.
3.6l chryslers are very beefy
Aim a light at what we're trying to see.
Too late now, sorry. Video is 5 years old… I have since remodeled the bathroom
I had my chrysler 200 v6 2012 up to 127 on the speedometer app and I have the vid to
Thanks! This was the cure for my 04 Pilot that felt like molasses in January to try and shove into drive. It barely went into drive, now I can go into all gears with the selector 😊😊
I’m glad this video is still helping people!
Thank you 🙏🏻 I haven’t done it yet but I definitely can do it myself now..
Happened to my '09 (repaired with proper spec bolt) but the bolt ticked off the gears causing the tiniest little burr on one spot only, buts its a deceivingly loud tick. Mechanic said noise should go away with use.
Might go away, but if you went at the burr with a little bit of crocus cloth you might be able to knock it down … assuming you can get to it.
You do know those two things you used to turn the first screw aren't wrenches they're called screwdrivers, just fyi.🤣
Sounds like a Beast now!!! Did you loose any power?????
Great troubleshooting!!! I have same bike would you happen to know where the air filter is located thk you!!!
Thank you very much
Sounds good
It feels a bit too overpowered for its very small size with the same engine as the caravan
You rock!
My transmission is making noises and I’m wondering if it the same thing
jeff did the noise happen if you pressed on the clutch? i believe i have a similar problem my c50 it just died on me while driving arround the block.
If the bike was in motion, there was noise.
Does anybody know what king of lubricant you use on shift rod preventing it from locking into the park position ?
Yeah mine been locking into the park position . Lately when I tried taking my pilot out of park to put it into drive , it gets locked so I’m hoping this is the problem , just a little grease job so appreciate it , it looks like a simple problem to solve ?
same thing happened to my 2013 m90
Did you do a following video. My M90 with 13000 km sounds like a coffee grinder and I suspect a problem with the same shaft end because I also have a cutch slipping issue.
Sorry, I’ve since sold the bike. New job, no time to ride. It stayed together after I did the repair, however.
Hey finally found some useful info thanks
Would this work for 08 Ridgeline as well
I can’t say for sure, but it would be worth investigating.
My goodness! Eventually this is THE video that shows how to disassemble a clueless shower head properly with ease. Thank you so much!!!
Hook up the throttle dumbass or hook up a string what the hell's wrong with you why you come on TV going to put out of showing you're not ready come on
Keep in mind this engine and transmission are both in the minivans
Great video. I'm in the middle of the exact same issue. Were you to remove and replace that bolt with the engine in the bike? It appears if I pull the swingarm I can get at it. In concerned about extracting the remnants of that bolt. Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated.
I pulled the swingarm and the transfer shaft (if that’s what is called?)
Damn she's quick
Best video series ever other than ASDF and Llamas with Hats
? p̷r̷o̷m̷o̷s̷m̷
The obsolete sandra tellingly please because larch consequentially marry anenst a defiant scooter. illustrious, rightful bestseller
Thanks for your time better video!
My moms got the convertible for what it is this car is fast, you press the gas and it goes
That has nothing to do with the gears lol..didn't work at all
Not sure what you’re talking about. This is for un-binding a rusty gear selector cable, not un-seizing gears. It’s in the title.
Additionally, I recommend you make a video describing how you would do this, seeing as how your channel has zero content.
I have a 2007 pilot and it doesn't have that plate
I think there were changes made after 06. Sorry, I have no experience with the newer model. 😕
Is there a bigger skit plate that needs to come off b4 all that??
I have a 2014 do you think the speed will be any different it’s the 3.6 too
I can’t say, as I have no personal experience with a 2014 model.
Awesome video mine has 340k.. kid was about to drive it but it didn't move at all!! Weird
How about ur Is cataletic converters? Mine r bad
Ours had failed long before this video was made.
Why not spray wd40 on it?
That would work, but wd40 isn’t very viscous and doesn’t hang around for long. I chose motor oil, as it tends to cling better for longer. I suppose using wd40 to free it up and then cleaning with brake cleaner then hosing it down with sticky chain lube might last even longer. 🤷♂️
Got a engine like this in my Isuzu its one of the best engines on the road but of last month it started smoking but it isn't missing it reves up fine Could it be over fueling cause the timing might be a bit out? please help
Timing being out shouldn’t cause smoking. What color is the smoke? How many miles? Has your fuel consumption changed? Are you adding oil more frequently? Coolant?
I would clean mass airflow sensor and check for codes. Bad O2 sensor could cause it to run rich on one bank. Have you figured out the problem?
I have an 04 pilot and it suck in park and shifter won’t move at all. Would this help?
Worth trying.
@@evil03mustang08 ended up having the same issue and resolved it thanks to you! Gear definitely shifts like butter 😆
That sound sweet brother and that bucket is as good as new!
THANK YOU!! I knew the general idea of looping up the stuck linkage, but had no idea where to find it - THANKS!!!
Thank you for this video! I was about to open my shifter assembly to look for the problem, but decided to try this first. Simply used PB blaster through the drain holes. 30 seconds fix!
Glad it helped!!
You need a trigger starter so u can hit the ignition from the engine bay, or hook up that damn throttle 😂🤣🤣 sounds good though
Going to try this tomorrow on 2005 pilot really hard to take it out of park hope this will fix our pro2
That jawn sound good, and I also own a 2013 200 with a 2.4 and 4-speed and I feel stupidly slow.
I had a 2012 200 Limited with the 2.4 and loved it! donated the car to family and picked up a 2015 S and love it even more!
It's the 4 speed that really lags. I have a 01 Sebring Convertible V6 with the 4 speed. It's a snail compared to my newer Toyota with a 6 speed.
