Yes sir! Java Green is correct. This car belonged to a childhood friend of mine. His parents bought the car brand new in 1975 and gave it to him for his graduation in 1986. Unfortunately, my friend took his own life when he was 24. At his wake I was asked if I would restore the car for them..........How can you say no? The car was in my possession for nearly 18 years and I'm sure they had lost hope that I would ever complete it, but to their surprise, it got finished. My son and I made the road trip from NC to KY when he was 16 to deliver the car. They had no Idea that it was in my brother's garage, who lived in the same neighborhood, while he and his wife were having a yard sale, and that set the stage for the video. There wasn't a nut or bolt that wasn't touched, and it was very important to me that I did every bit of the work on the car myself. It was a true labor of love! I pray my friend Brian is looking down in full approval!
