NFC stands for Not From Concentrate. Design should not be about following behind, but forging ahead.

NFC System's mission is to bring innovative design to consumer electronic products. Many people still think of their computer or personal electronics as a means to an end. I believe that through excellent design these products have the capacity to touch and inspire us.

My passion and area of expertise is in the realm of computer chassis and system design, but I make videos touching every part of the PC gaming lifestyle.

Thank you for vising!

    That's what I call a "balls-to-the-wall" project. Tight video as well, congratz! Really really amazing results. I have the A2000 and it's also a fantastic card.

    Love the build! Just used that same copper heatsink with noctua fans to build a custom Ati 9800 Pro. Should keep the vintage hardware cool at 50 watts. 😂

    If only Nvidia didn't compete against its board partners, people like you would be able to get into the business without getting shafted by the OEM. Excellent production, I would love to have something like this.

    I miss the days of GPU makers actually making crazy modifications both PCB, memory, and/or cooling. I mean imagine EVGA still existed. If they have the skill and knowledge to make cards better than oem, sell them, and offer a warranty from their own pocket. Let them. I hate how Nvidia cut off EVGAs balls and leaked their mods to other brands like asus and gigabyte. Just evil/cruel. AMD should offer EVGA the ability to make their cards, any mods they want, and no exclusivity contracts. And then EVGA also goes Intel with the same contract. Then we got two/three brands showing Nvidia how dumb they were....

    The screenhot @4:15 shows the Memory Clock is at 3600 MHz, so the DDR5 memory is running at 7200 MT/s, not 7600 as stated @4:10. Were you able to increase the memory speed after the screenshot was taken? Also the 4:15 image shows the Infinity Fabric is running at 2000 MHz. Are the 7000 AM5 processors better than the previous generations when the clocks are not in sync? What is the highest Infinity Fabric speed that can usually be run reliably?

  • @nfcerick3634
    @nfcerick363420 сағат бұрын

    That's a good catch! That screenshot was taken during initial testing to find a stable GPU overclock. After that was done, the BIOS settings were changed to 7600 MT/s. In the beginning, I used the Ryzen 7 8700G and must have kept those manual settings. It took me awhile to get the 7800X3D. I don't have a enough experience with overclocking the 7000 series AMD CPU's, so I can't answer your question about the max infinity fabric speed.

    After seeing how simple you made the fans to swap it really did make me wonder what all these graphics card companies have been doing with there R&D money. The number one graphics card mod in the industry is swapping out the fans for full size 120mm how have they not realized people want this. Same thing with fans being linkable to cut down on limited headers and wires, once Lian Li did it copy cats everywhere. Its like the whole industry is run by idiots with nothing but a marketing degree.

    Would be super curious to see a 1U server implementation with a gaming graphics card. I have my Home Lab with a couple of servers and one day I tried to make a 1U server with a powerful processor which is really not a difficult task, there are enough of them in data centres, but what is missing in data centres is quiet systems and that was the main goal. Not just a powerful server, but a powerful and quiet server. But when I tried to build it I faced a number of problems and gave up the idea, replacing the 1U server server chassis with a regular 2U. However, this idea still does not leave me)
