    Is there still time to contact Dr. Frankenstein to transfer Locke into TVD's body? If so, we could win a Natty!

    I understand what you mean when you say Snowden is probably not a safety anymore at 210 LBs but I'm pretty sure that's the weight that's proportional to his size. He was really skinny before and in order to look filled out at that height he had to get a little bigger, doesn't necessarily mean they're moving him to safety

    As noted, historically, the great QBs have been superb between the ears. That is the single most important factor for a QB. Now, they brought TVD in given his skills, but he did in fact lose his job at Miami because of the processing. That's concerning. I agree, I think he'll start if everything is close, but also think he might have a short leash. If Locke is in fact a "savant" and "twice the player he was last year" then he very well could be the better option even if not quite the arm of TVD.

    Insider info, can't say from where. It's VD's job just like TM last year. "They have to play him after the investment they made in him." The only way Locke takes over is if VD plays poorly during the season or gets injured.

  • @dimitri1515
    @dimitri151516 сағат бұрын

    Longo clearly stated that TVD can complete a pass even if there is less time to throw. This is supported by people who watch them throw and state that Locke has to put more of his body into a throw than TVD does. To me it's undeniable that TVD is the man. Only his mental game can cost him the spot.

    Watch those slights about the quality and competitiveness about the MAC! How many times have MAC teams invaded Big Ten stadiums and come away with a win? Too many to count. Just because they schools aren't as big as the universities in the Big Ten doesn't mean these schools don't field quality teams. The strength of competition isn't as higher but that doesn't mean the quality of individual teams or programs are not as effective as the major conferences.

  • @nickflahive8903
    @nickflahive890312 сағат бұрын

    I mean their teams are really bad though. There's no depth in the league, the bottom feeder teams are some of the worst in the country. Only bad Big 10 teams lose to them. They do sometimes have good defense and for example the Toledo team last year was very talented but overall the teams and especially the offenses and QBs are just so bad in that league. I'd say it's the second worst FBS league ahead of C USA but that's mainly because C USA has become so diluted recently.

    I’ve seen a number of videos of Fretag, he has the athleticism to penetrate & get above the rim & if he gets cut off he can pass to a number of options. He shoots much better than Johnny Davis, he’ll be amazing! I can’t wait to see him!

    I think you could see more European kids coming into the ncaa in general because of NIL. I think before it was probably tougher to get them to leave their pro league where they can make a paycheck to come play college basketball and live in a dorm.

    Normally I would agree I don’t care where the talent is from within the US, but I’m not sure that overseas players will feel as attached to the program as a kid from the Midwest would

    I would love to see the Badgers crush it again. My daughter graduated from Wisconsin and during her time there Russel Wilson and monte ball were playing. The Badgers were relevant and a power house team. I am from Minnesota and like the Gophers but I would like to see Wisconsin get back to there game.

    Meh, he didn't have to commit either and to some degree this can be said for just about anyone that doesn't have offers from the top programs. Still, wi and longo are no slouch, and some kids appreciate that early offer and belief. Who knows what will happen, but for now it's great for staff to get a QB they clearly wanted.

    Patrick confirming what I've been trying to tell the discord for the past several weeks.... Wisconsin is a top 15 brand in college sports. We might not get that coverage in the niche that is CFB marketing but that's irrelevant because of how much brand power we have for actual game ratings and alumni
