Cause if I had the money and space id have a cnc too and the amount of stuff id make... but I digress. I'm assuming based off the design you have some design software to go with it . The good software is usually separate and kind of expensive. Given the level of quality displayed here I would imagine that you don't have the cheap one. Given that you have hand spray gun and foam cutters these are items that are usually in a hobby shop all together, which makes life simple but unless you are selling these things there Is no reason to buy this one item for this one job unless you plan to do it again. Yes, you're right, but not 100 percent. We think that an interested craftsman can order cutting on a chip machine in a company that provides such services. There are also co-working centers for furniture masters where there are also machines with cpu. We have also made all the templates for foam and fabric, thus simplifying the task. And frankly speaking, even a saw for foam is not necessary, we have many people who do this for a living, cut foam with a knife. Glue is available in aerosol cans, etc. But this chair is a really difficult task for an untrained person.

It's a metal wood nut. If you insert it into the wood, you can then screw a bolt into it. We inserted these nuts to screw on the chair support later. Different colors of foam have different densities and stiffness.
