  Thank you. My first cruise was on the Norway, March 1981. We were at sea when Reagan was shot and Communications were not as they are now we didn’t find out until the next day as we were reaching St. Thomas. It was a bit scary because we didn’t know what was going on here in the states! Undeniably a memorial cruise and a magnificent ship. the Blue Lady gone but never forgotten.

  Thank you so much for uploading /posting this video !! I was on the skyward in 1988 also and am so grateful that you have this video. Brings back such great memories. Please never never remove this video, I love watching it and so remember when I was in my 20's on this ship. Best vacation ever , and my first cruise, and I have been hooked and crusing yearly ever since. What an adventure and voyage !! ( and that ship rocked and swayed out in the ocean with NO stabilizers !) THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS !!

  The original decor of the SS France was pretty cool and some aspects were left on the Norway - the starburst ceiling fixtures in one of the lounges and the mod aluminum bureaus in the cabins. Originally there was a fantastic sun tapestry over the bar in the “smoking room,” wonder where that is now. Also the main lounge had a gorgeous mosaic tile dance floor, there’s a photo online of Audrey Hepburn doing the Twist on it. Guessing that floor didn’t survive the Norway transitioning

  I was born in Honolulu in 1959. It's always cool to see videos from the past years in Honolulu. The 747's were cool to fly back in the day. I think the Airlines foods were better too back than.

  Mein erster Yorki wurde fast 14 Jahre / Diva starb vor mir , als ich morgens von der Arbeit kam . Sie hatte einen Scheidentumor . Ich habe vor ihr gesessen und geweint . Mein zweiter Yorki Chismo hatte einen Trachela Kollaps und wurde von einem Auto angefahren . Habe ihn einschläfern lassen , war bis zu seiner Fahrt in den Hundehimmel bei ihm . Er wurde 13 Jahre . Es ist so als würde man mir ins Herz stechen , man ist unfähig weiter leben zu wollen . Meine 2 Hunde waren immer an meiner Seite , bei Krankheiten , bei Psychichen Problemen oder wenn sie bei mir liegen . Seit Juni 2020 haben wir / meine Frau und ich einen Biewer Yorkshirre Terrier " Byron " geboren 11.03.2020 ❤😂 er ist die pure Freude für uns . Es wird auch der letzte Hund sein ich bin jetzt 60 Jahre alt .

  They certainly don't make them like this anymore. What a beautiful ship. Im so happy i had the privilege to be on it. Cruise ships now are ugly looking. Obviously they aren't ugly when you are on them but as far as a visual from a distance.

  They are the best. Molly is in doggie heaven but was a joy for 15 1/2 years . I have 2 more now that that have created another spot in my heart but never replace my beautiful Molly.
