I think you should make that 3rd bedroom a dining room with stairs down to the basement. Put a 3rd bedroom in the basement with an egress window.

I love the original cabinets and handles. Can't you leave it to mostly original? Can't you use the old stairs to get upstairs? or don't they fit? Extremely small bedrooms and just small house.

Basement access- don’t have to come thru the house? So they drag their groceries and walk around outside, into the door under the sunroom. This is a house four YOUNG people. Mobility issues will exclude anyone older from living in the lower level, for sure. Very nice house, very BIG.

The second floor is amazing! Love that there’s a second bath up there. A counter depth fridge would be better and give a little more space as well, personally I think the island takes up to much room, just crowds the kitchen to much.

From a curb appeal standpoint, that big overhang from the roof held up by those skinny metal poles just looks awkward and very dated. I would cut back that overhanging part of the roof and get rid of those skinny poles. I would also remove those fake shutters and replace those old, metal framed windows with new, energy efficient windows. I would get rid of that narrow, straight walkway to the front door and put in a low masonry walled planting bed under the windows closest to the garage door. I would add a nice flag stone, curved walkway from the driveway to the front door. Also would add an attractive exterior light for the front door and get rid of that small metal mailbox (?) that is on the wall next to the front door. Put a mailbox on a brick post at the end of the driveway instead. These changes would give the house's front facade a more modern and stylish look and cause more prospective buyers to actually stop and take the time go inside for a tour. More prospective buyers touring the house means a better chance for a bidding war which means more profit for the seller.

I really like this home. You did a great job. Your friend will have many great years there, I'm sure. I would suggest using grey or black caulk, instead of white, for the black shower inserts. You did an fantastic job. Looking forward to more videos.

I survived an apartment building fire in 1984. You never can forget how horrible it is. I feel what that poor family went through. One thing that will bring some sense of closure is to back and see it after its been fixed up. If you don't your mind will always remember that sight that you last saw. Peace be with you.

What will be ur asking price? I live old brick homes. We are looking. I am interested. The old bathtubs ate awesome! Please don’t take those out and replace them with those awful fiberglass/ plastic bath tubs. And a soaking tub is nice so please don’t do away with the tubs!!!
