    Try adding some electrolytes. From experience when I did keto without Tirz, I would have palpitations when my sodium, magnesium, potassium were off. Once I added those in, I didn’t have them anymore. I take magnesium religiously every night.

    Oh yes, I take mag glycinate typically in the morning and at night. I sometimes throw in some potassium at night as well. I def think it helps but it hasn't made them go away so I think there might be something else at play. They had to do chest compressions 9 years ago after I had my youngest so I may be dealing with scarring, but I don't know why it wouldn't be consistent if that was the case.

    Do you have a video on how to mix the powder with the bac water? I have been told not to shake up the compound I am currently on so wondering if I need anything special.

  • @HealthWellnessChica
    @HealthWellnessChica11 күн бұрын

    I I think a few of my earlier videos show me actually mixing the compound. Originally I thought we had to be super delicate when injecting the water into the powder, but I have since come to read that peptides are not so fragile as all that, so I don't really worry about being overly delicate these days.

    Are you supposed to take the shots & dosage that often? I haven't seen anyone say they've used it like you're saying you are using. I'll be honest I haven't spent a lot of time invested in watching & hearing an enormous number of ppl using products. I'm trying to learn more. Feel free to educate.

  • @HealthWellnessChica

    If you take branded shots, they say to inject every 7 days. Most people can remember to take a shot every Sunday, for example. However, the half-life of tirz is 5 days so I was injecting every 5 days. Now I'm just messing around with the dosage to try and have a stable amount of tirz in my system so I don't have such high peaks and valleys of medication. That's the nice thing about controlling your own dose is you get to decide what works the best for you.

    I would say..just be careful..(weeks ago, I know)when going to fast the body can get use to the tirz and start to wear off faster..also. on day 5 which the hunger comes back..we have to learn to control the urges in between.. I thought I was going to binge on the 5th and 6th day..but I drink protein drinks and snack helps a lot. Plus..when I did tried to eat..because I was hungry..I became full pretty fast so it was definitely working When I look at my food journal turns out I was eating once or twice if lucky..I was eating off the same meal all day🫠

  • @HealthWellnessChica

    Wellll....I can totally decide how much and when to give myself the doses. Some people might have adverse reactions when taking 7.5mg every 7 days, so they take half the dose at 3 days and the rest at 4 days, in effect getting the same dose within the 7 days. I take my doses more frequently because I feel it's beneficial for me to try and have a stable amt of meds at any given time instead of highs and lows of the medication. I haven't see any studies that suggest there is a *need* to let the medication cycle within the week.

    How do you get your compound in that type of vial to be able to use in that type of pen?

  • @HealthWellnessChica
    @HealthWellnessChicaАй бұрын

    I reconstitute in the regular peptide vial, then suck it out and inject it into the new glass cartridge. You have to make sure you place another needle into the gasket before you inject the peptides into the cartridge, otherwise there is no air exchange in a vacuumed space.

    One thing I've noticed as I've watched various weight-loss journey's surrounding tirzepatide and semaglutide, is many people blog about the drug, and not about the diet and exercise. And yet the drug mainly is a tool to suppress appetite. I completely understand, because it is true for me as well, without the drug, the non-suppressed appetite leads to weight gain. I know people keep saying it, but it's true that weight loss comes from diet and exercise, and terzepatide can help achieve a diet goal, while probably doing nothing on the exercise side. Sure you make an accurate point, some people do lose weight without either, and those people are not going to be healthy in the long run, but they weigh less - but a small bag of bones and fat, is really not all that healthy, and anyway it isn't a phenomena I could follow anyway. But I put that phenomena aside - by building a big athletic engine - while it takes a long time, the effort leads to considerable extra caloric burn. , Exercise doesn't take 6 hours a day, and probably would start out at less than an hour a day, but ultimately 1-2 hours per day is a good goal. One could eventually burn 3500 calories or a pound per week, through exercise. Exercise is sustainable, it's lack of exercise that isn't sustainable. I am not writing this to hammer away with 'diet and exercise'....I'm actually just observing all these videos that treat the drug as if it were standalone, when it is one tool in an array of tools available, and just saying if you wanted to bring all tools to the fight, building up an athletic engine is a powerful additional tool equal to terzepatide. I'm lucky because somewhere I fell in love with exercise. I like seeing progress. It doesn't matter how bad I am at say, a leg press, if I have a starting points and I go a couple times a week and measure my results in a few months, it'll inevitably show progress, and that's a feel good. anyway, just some thoughts, I hope they don't frustrate...good luck to you.

    Because PVCs are generally benign and there isn't a lot of rhyme or reason why folks get them. It isn't a one size fits all situation so I feel I'm best able to troubleshoot it at this stage. I did a bunch of different testing a few years back and short of getting an ablation they didn't have any answers. If the PVCs were coming on all day, every day you bet I'd get it checked out again.

    Sounds like maybe afib?? Not sure of your age, but hormones play a big role in everything. I started having paroxysmal afib in perimenopause. They feel awful. I use a mobile monitor to check when I feel it. Yes, drink allot of water. A doctor said not to take more of the medicine than needed. Start slow, so the 2.5mg for a month before 5.0mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, than 15mg if needed. Please also make sure that your compound that I could see in the video is the same as what is in the Tirzepatide. Allot of labs are not FDA approved. Be well!

    I get my compound tested so I know it is in fact tirzepatide, so that's something. I have a fitbit that always tells me it's not afib, so I think it's just PVCs. They suck! I am in perimenopause, I'm talking with my Dr. about hormone replacement therapy so maybe that will help.

    I am on the highest dose of semaglutide compound (34 units). I was getting the sulfur burps and bloating. I changed a few things and so far it has fixed it all. I took out all carbonated beverages (I had changed from regular to diet but I don't drink any of them anymore) and i changed my eating habits. Lower sugar and changed to smaller meals with high protein. This pretty much fixed the burps and bloats. About the heart flutters, what's your caffeine intake look like? I can't do coffee anymore because my injections have b12 in them and i can get jitters with coffee. I don't want to sound too personal, but anxiety can mess with heart palps also (and cause flutters).

  • @HealthWellnessChica
    @HealthWellnessChicaАй бұрын

    As far as caffeine, it's pretty limited. I don't drink much soda, maybe one or two a week. I'm not a coffee drinker, either. I could probably do less sugar/starches. It seems smaller meals are helping with bloating and burps. I think the heart flutters are from titrating up too quickly this time. I'll drop back down to 5mg and see if that helps.

  • @kaelynb8016
    @kaelynb8016Ай бұрын

    @@HealthWellnessChica Yes, that sounds like a good plan. The plan that my clinic that I go through was a very slow titration. It was starting off at a very low dose and staying on that for 4 weeks, and then increasing to the next and on that for 4 weeks and so on until I reached the highest dose that I'm currently on and will be on until I get off of it. Also, I forgot to say before, at first I noticed I lost waist inches before I lost pounds on the scale. It took a little while for me to start actually seeing the scale move but my belt sure did.
